If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Jack is an amazing human. His shop is impeccable. My husband and I both had our cars worked on there. Mine is a 2013 BMW 321i/SULEV. My husband has a 2018 Chevy Impala. We're both extremely satisfied. His customer service goes above & beyond excellent and he's also very passionate about what he does. He's also very appreciative. He also has a competent staff. The overall vibe is wonderful. DO NOT HESITATE in bringing your car to Advanced Tech. Your car will thank you.

Got recommended by a buddy because they do pretty good jobs if your insurance is involved! So I go in to get an appraisal and this guy gives me a quote and tells me to drop it off in 3 days because his shop is full. I work 3 days later so I have someone else drop my car off and then Jack says " oh no bumpa has been ordered & my shop is full". I was a bit concerned and called him 3-4 days later to see if he ordered the bumper yet and he said "what bumpa?" Eventually I just said I'll just go elsewhere thanks. This guy doesn't want to lose a customer so he says "oh no send pictures I need to appraise and order bumper" eventually after Jacks" b******* a** excuses he finally tells me to drop my car off Tuesday after Labor day. I go in today for the 3rd f****** time and he says " OH WE NEEDA ORDAR BUMPA" This guy doesn't know how properly run a business he might need some management or it's probably because Jack couldn't Jack my insurance anyways they do a good job if you actually drop off your car but Jack is a complete idiot don't text or call that guy he smokes too much weed and forgets he runs a business the next day.

This business hires some very shady people. My car was hit by one of the employee from this place, she refused to provide me with insurance information, provided me with false ID number, and refuse to take my call. I would not trust a business who hired this kind of employee.

This auto shop is the best. This is the second time that I brought my car here. Jack the owner. He is very communicative makes sure that everything is taken care off! Amazing customer service. I highly recommend this shop!! They're very clean when they work. Your car comes out like it's brand new!

They were great - they took my car that had all its wheels taken, which a lot of other shops weren't able to. They were fast, friendly, and my car came out looking better than before it got vandalized. Would 100% recommend them!

This is the best body shop ever!! The owner, Jack was amazing & fixed my car which was supposed to be salvaged! It looks like a brand new car!! My insurance company set me up with another collision repair place who tried to charge me $11,000 for the same work that Jack did for $6700!! He saved me $4300!!! From the time I called there to ask for a quote, to the time I came to pick up my car, Jack was responsive and was easy to reach when I had a question. They also do DMV services which I wish I would have known first so I could have saved myself a salvage title on the car. I am just so thankful to God that I found Advanced Tech Collision so I got my car back! It is one of the best choices I have ever made, & I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone in the East Bay who needs a good one!! Thank you so much Jack & all of Advanced Tech Colli

Highly recommend them. 10 Stars if I could. Great service. The owner Jack is professional, helpful & courteous. Jack did the estimate, took pictures, ordered the parts. When the parts came in his guys installed & checked everything was working properly, super nice team. Fast & efficient.

My Brother in-law who's known Jack referred me here the first time my husband's car got vandalized. From the very beginning Jack and his team made us feel comfortable. He was always available to answer his phone and made special accommodations to assist us per our hectic schedules. Then my car got vandalized and we went to him a second time. Once again we were treated like family and completely taken care of. Not to mention that the vandalization was a blessing in disguise because Jack's shop had both of our cars looking brand new again. AMAZING, efficient work! I highly, highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. I wish I had more stars to give!

Customer Satisfaction is Jack Top Priority. Jack dont do Mickie Mouse work. Jack is professionals. Just the way he talk, already make him a great guy. I highly recommend his shop. He will fix everything you point out. Clean and spacious place customer. Easy parking too. He even do details work at affordable rate. I was shocked the price he offer to detail my car, I might comr back for detailing work. Thank Jack for restoring my Tesla Model 3 good as new.
