I couldn't be happier, I needed to move my project car onto a trailer with a driveway on a huge incline. It was a challenging ask, but it was not too much for the skillset of the tow truck driver. I am very appreciative of A1's help.

A1 Flatbed delivered a 20’ shipping container on what looked like a near new full sized semi-flatbed to a location in the Sierras 2-weeks ago. The driver (Anish) was extremely professional, sent photos prior to delivery and communicated his estimated arrival as scheduled. While accessibility wasn’t an issue, my preferred drop location took some precision driving and Anish made it look easy. He was considerate and exceeded my expectations. Very happy with their service and quality equipment.Service: Long distance hauling

Out for a sunday ride along Diablo Peak when I got a flat on my 2015 HARLEY DAVIDSON ROAD GLIDE. I called my insurance road side and was given an estimate time of arrival of 3.5hrs. Once off the phone with my Insurance I decided to contact local Flatbed Towing companys in the San Leandro Area . After speaking to 3 other companys A1 Flatbed Towing was selected. I called and spoke to a guy name MIKE, told him my situation and location. Priced me at a rate no others could come close to. The best part was there arrival time was with in 20 mins from giving them my location. It had been only 30 minutes from when I spoke with my insurance. Yes insurance would of been free but a 3.5 hour wait on a Sunday vs Fast Respons & Reasonably priced especial for a Sunday. No doubt A1 FLATBED TOWING is a emergncy life saver. Hope to never use a towing company again but if I do A1 FLATBED TOWING will be called FIRST.Services: Motorcycle towing

I recently had an excellent experience with A1 flatbed towing. They have top-of-the-line equipment and very experienced and professional drivers. Mike responded to my voicemail promptly and gave me a very fair price on towing my car from San Leandro to Manteca. He was very friendly and professional. My driver Chad was able air up my tires and maneuver my car which was parked in a very small and awkward position but got it out with no problem at all. He was on time and drove very safe. He even helped me get it into my garage even though it wasn't running. I would definitely recommend this company for local and distance towing and would use them again myself if I ever needed to.Services: Car towing

Today we had to tow a company vehicle that was stuck in between two other cars pretty tightly. Josh came out and made it look simple. He identifed a couple problems. The shift linkage was broken, and the battery was dead. He was able to jump the car and manually shift the gears to get it into the street for a tow. Only took 30 mins to get it on his truck. Thanks man! Really awesome price too.

Was told $75 first 5 miles then when guy arrived made up stuff to make it $150 and before telling us already put van on the flatbed truck. I'm sure if we said no he would of charged us for dropping it. I'm so dissatisfied and will make sure to let people know do not us them. Companies need to be up front with prices.
