Best workout in San Lorenzo. All the trainersare very helpful and motivated!! I have tried many gyms in the past but this is the best one so far. They know how to push you to your limit in the best way possible. Overall good vibes, had nothing but a great experience. Would highly recommend to everyone!! :D

I recently joined 9Round at Hesperian and I must say, my experience has been absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles by the manager Ray and a genuinely friendly atmosphere. This gym truly knows how to create a positive and motivating environment.The staff here are exceptional. They are not only knowledgeable and experienced in their field, but they are also incredibly approachable and always willing to lend a helping hand. Whether it's guiding me through a new exercise or providing valuable fitness advice, they are there every step of the way, making me feel supported and motivated to achieve my fitness goals.One of the things that sets them apart is the fantastic vibes that fill the space. The energy here is contagious! The gym is always clean, well-maintained, and organized, creating an inviting atmosphere where I feel comfortable pushing myself to new limits. The music choices are upbeat and energizing, further adding to the overall positive ambiance.What I appreciate most about 9Round is the sense of community it fosters. The members here are friendly and encouraging, creating a motivating environment where everyone feels welcome.I would highly recommend 9Round to anyone looking for a gym that goes above and beyond. This is an overdue review. I've been coming here for some time. I wanted to change up my work out to a more cardio style routine vs boot camp/CrossFit. Cardio Kickboxing is more my speed now a days. The owners and trainers are ALL wonderful & personable! I like how the workouts are different everyday and you definitely sweat! I enjoy the atmosphere and everyone goes at their own pace. Most that's been going to this location have been members for a long time - that says A LOT! TYSM 9Rounds SL, you all are the best!! ~Marie May-Pow

I worked out at 9Round San Leandro for a few months to get back into boxing. From before becoming a member, Ray and the team were so kind and caring.- I like the style of 9Round because you aren't tied to a specific class start time- Ray and the trainers somehow always remember who you are (crazy skill in itself) and always welcome you when you enter and say bye when you leave - The trainers get a sense of who you are to learn when and how much to push you to get better and stronger - The playlists are always great and pump you up- There are multiple payment plans depending on what you're looking for- The front right side of the studio is met with cubbies for your belongings, hand sanitizer, and tool to roll your hand wraps, and a whiteboard with birthdays and class numbers- The front left side of the studio is where you check in, register for memberships, speak to trainers, etc. The only complaint I have is that this studio isn't closer to where I live, or I would continue going here. And that's obviously something that isn't even their fault!In all seriousness, if you're looking for a great workout where you will get stronger and sweat, a place with amazing trainers, and a place with flexible hours, this is a great gym to join.

There are closer places to get an exercise in but there is nothing that delivers the experience, the atmosphere, the positivity and encouragement that Ceez and Ray do at 9Round. You can tell these are people who care and it shows in their determination in you reaching your goals and their positive spirits towards all those around them. If you're looking for a welcoming place to earn your goals, then this is it!

I've been coming consistently since January and this is the first time I've made my workout a part of my weekly routine since college. Every workout kills me and I've noticed an increase in my strength and endurance. The owner Ray and his wife Cece have been so welcoming and are great motivators, along with the rest of the coaches (Steve, Angel, Kelly, and Luisa). Thank you guys for always doing a great job and making the environment a fun place too.

I decided to join 9round in the beginning of January and it is the best decision that I have ever made. Let me begin by saying that the staff are all so welcoming and nice and definitely feels like a family already. I’m down 17 pounds and counting in just a matter of 2 and a half months. The workouts here are incredible and the coaches push you to get the greatest workout in possible. Special shout-out to ray and ceez for maintaining such an awesome and cleanly gym environment. 100% I would recommend you check out this place. It’s really really worth 30 minutes of your time.At first I started coming in only twice a week but now I’m coming in twice a day 6 days a week. I love each and everyone one of the trainers. Thank you angel, Luisa, Clara, Kelly, Roberto, and steve for always giving me the best workout! I’m glad to say that this is my second home and I will be a member for life.

I have only been a member at 9round for 2 months now and already I love this place! All of the trainers are super friendly and approachable. They are always pushing me to get the greatest workout in possible. Special shout-out to the owners Ray and Ceez for making me feel so welcome. This place is like a second home to me. I highly recommend anyone to check out this place. This is one of the best boxing gyms I have been to. So worth 30 minutes to an hour of your time! The gym is also very clean and well taken care of. Take 30 minutes of your time and stop by this place! Thank you to the rest of the staff Luisa, Kelly, Clara, Roberto, Angel, and Steve for always taking care of us! :)

I would rate this place a one star, mind you im no "Karen" matter of fact im a minority woman who was encouraged to work out but quickly got discouraged and saw so many red flags from employee conduct. For one, one of your trainders, Angel I believe is his name, not only video tapes his clients without their consent because never did I see him ask consent and never did I see on any contract where is says I give permission to be used for media purposes, but he video tapes his clients makes sexual comments even and uses vulgar references. I speak Spanish and when a friend of mine showed me his actual page where he exploits these women even more it was just like wtf. IDK what kind of business thinks its cool to record, and post their work outs with sexual comments while they are just there to work on their bodies not be video taped for someone's bs instagram story. DO NOT GO HERE and im keeping this anonymous for privacy reasons but ladies watch out theres a perv trainer there.

Just started. Really enjoyed the first workout. Thought the trainer (Angel) was super chill and reasonable. No fake enthusiasm or overly zealous personality, which I hate about a lot of specialty gyms like this (e.g. SoulCycle, OrangeTheory Fitness, or any class at 24 Hour Fitness.) But rather he felt like an encouraging coach like at any boxing gym, MMA school, or jiujitsu school I've been to. Done a lot of different styles but I don't have the time to train like I did anymore, so I really enjoy just being able to walk into a place with flexible schedules, chill environment and get a boxing/kickboxing-like workout. Great place and open early which is what I need! Looking forward to more workouts.

Everyday is a new workout routine. It is fun and the amount of workout you put in within 30minutes is immense.Always a good way to start or end your day - in 30 minutes!!!
