Their so ghetto here. There's a employee with the name "sam" I've seen this guy smoke Crack in the parking lot. Came inside the store smelling horrible. It was very dirty and it had thus bad bad odor everywhere. It was mold in between the coffee machines. I've asked him if he can help me clean this area and he said to leave it because it's not his job to clean. Corporate will be hearing from me. I do have pictures and videos. The managers here are on drugs also and will do nothing about it. It's sickening.

Friendly staff, clean and organized, I met the GM Crystal and she was really polite. Not just with me but with everyone in there. I wish all 7/11s were like this !

The new management is atrocious and has managed to basically ruin my local corner store that I rely on. Things are always out of stock, and it's not supply chain, it's because the new manager is terrible at the job and can't figure it out. Employees are cycling in and out incredibly fast, and workers to young to sell tobacco and alcohol are left to run the store alone at times. I leave disappointed every time. We need a change; too many of us in the manor rely on this place.

What turned out to be a rare late night stop to my local 7-11, I encountered some atm issues to retrieve cash via my account. I requested to take one of the drinks that I purchased and go. The newest manager at my childhood store was very in-personable, tired, grumpy, and in charge. Another associate that noticed, and assisted me further with the atm. Really good worker, with pretty purple shoes. I'm sad I didn't snap a picture to share.

I would give this place 0 if I could, ever since they changed ownership and got rid of the amazing previous staff this place has gone down the toilet, instead of friendly and great staff members like Jessie were stuck with questionable and rude employees some will talk smack about customers in the open,others seem to be under the influence of drugs…the place is never stocked….it just flat out sucks what seemed like a staple of the manor has turned into another memory of what used to be…for anyone missing the old staff Jessie works at the one by arroyo on Washington…go pay him a visit and give them your money instead of these arrogant people…and for those going there for menthol..cigarettes for less,ampm,and 76 all by greenhouse sell them way cheaper ;)
