Paying this bill I’m looking for a better gym 24 and planet fitness are trash. Take these gyms away need new gym chain 24 is done I’ve been to at least 20 gyms across California up in the Bay Area is the worst the workers dnt care bathrooms always broke and filthy

This gym is relatively cleaner than the one in Bayfair Mall, but it also needs a lot of attention on cleanliness and maintenance of the equipment

Gym is great I used to stop at this one time to time. Now i go tonother 24h fitness locations.The biggest problem is lately there is a new front desk person and he kicks everyone out the Sauna at 9:30 or 9:45. The gym closes after 10. Why kick people out of the sauna so early, later is the only time I can come because of work and other things. I have to try to come 30m earlier then usual just to make sure I can use the sauna???

5/4/2024. 20 year member. This rating should be zero stars. The bathrooms are BEYOND disgusting. Equipment doesn’t get repaired. It’s been months of complaining to no avail. The staff is great with no corporate support.. Corporate should be embarrassed for its poor leadership and involvement and not supporting its staff here. This gym is very busy despite the lack of corporate oversight. Please take action.

Not a 24 hr service but yet keeps increasing your monthly/yearly rates , while their customer service is worse every day, the place is filthy they have no cleaners, women bathroom are horrible, showers changing rooms and bathrooms are always very dirty and wet! They have most of the time only one employee himself so in case of an emergency on the back or anywhere there is no one to assist you! We got our belongings stolen in front of us from the pool section it was a male he goes into the man’s locker room and there was no employee to assist we had to walk all the way to the front desk wet in our bikini very embarrassing to find out there was no one to assist terrible ? I have complained many times of the sauna people coming in after there work out clothes shoes n very sweaty it makes the place stinky smelling very bad, nothing has been done the back door should be close from the work out area to the pool section to avoid that and have an employee going around one in a while checking everything around the whole gym like before the pandemic I have try to speak with a manager several times when I come to be told that there is no manager at the moment I have been waiting for a phone call back or an email for over 2 weeks, finally last night there was a manager but no help no resolution to my request and I was told that if I was not happy I was welcome to just walk away! Is that how you handle business and treat your customers ??

Manager " Cory " yelled at my 16 year old daughter and got so angry he said he " couldn’t control himself " and had to step outside with balled fists. All because she reported a strange man following her. He was mad because the strange man was his friend.

Lunchtime weekday attendance:It wasn't too busy with racks and machines pretty open most of the time. Some of the racks are out in the open with no mirrors to check your form so that really sucked.I also needed to find 2.5 pounders and couldn't find any so that was disappointing as well.Otherwise, decent 24 hour fitness with enough racks and benches when it's not busy.
