Dennis Sinn has help me with my finances for years. This is the best financial facility around the bay. The service is very personable and professional. I have three generations banking at this branch.

Initially had a bad interaction while trying to withdrawl cash from my account. The bank and bank managers took care of me. I'd say they strive to give good customer service. Ask for one of the Dennis' if you need assistance.

The customer service at this branch is some of the best I've ever had. The service representatives are deeply kind, personable, and understanding and willing to take time with their clients to fulfil whatever needs they may have.

I been a very long time member at 1st united. I love San Leandro branch. I wouldn't change it for anything I love their service, very friendly and efficient. I like to be helped by Olid as always very efficient, friendly and accommodate me with my financial needs.

Wowza! What can I say?! I've been with 1st USCU since I was a wee lad / high school student, and have always been satisfied with my experiences here. Easy parking (both on & off street), in addition, to being within walking distance of a Safeway, a hardware store, several restaurants/eateries, and a vibrant & buzzin' coffee shop! (Zocalo's)I always had frequented this location when I was still a student, however, I do 'bank' more nowadays at the Hayward location, since it is right next door to the office! I do find myself a few times here, since it is located in the city where I currently reside. The area is safe, secure, and super convenient - being right on the corner of Bancroft & Dutton in the 'North Area' of San Leandro; boasts an amazing & personable/professional staff, AND includes a security door - similar to those screening machines in the airport where it scans you via a metal detector & camera before staff can let you in! I've never seen that in the other 'basic' financial institutions, ahem ahem - ya'll know which banks I'm talking about LOL. Always have been a satisfied customer and will continue using their services. This is the worst low down dirty shadest credit union to do business with I would rub my pennies together and put them in the dog house before I allow them to do any business with me they are the worst of worst in my opinion and they don't know there products ?

Your employees don't share your mission. I have had multiple issues with this bank since I joined. ATM always down, even cut off on me in the middle of a deposit to update. Then today I went even to withdrawal funds because the ATM (surprise) wasn't working and she says they can't cross with other banks they don't have the system address and that I would have to use the ATM I told her its not working she said "yeah well that the only way"

UPDATE: I previously rated my experience at a 1 star and I appreciate the response from their team. I was able to give my constructive criticism and get my answers thoroughly answered. This was the experience I was hoping for. I spoke with Adrianna who was super helpful. She answered all of my questions and had the forethought to think of what specific support we may need down the line including giving me her direct line. I felt heard and that means a great deal these days.
