“Wow. This facility went above and beyond for us in a time of desperation. Andrea the manager is a true rockstar. Long story short, our cats were sprung on them last minute with little notice due to the other boarding facility neglecting to inform me of their situation. Andrea came to the rescue and took care of everything. Reassured me the cats would be well taken care of and we need not worry about a thing. She was very communicative the whole week and also drove the cats back down to us herself. While the cats did arrive back to me a bit dirty, I completely understand because they were stressed out and wouldn’t be very cooperative with the staff. But the staff and Andrea did everything within their power to give the cats the best care possible. Andrea deserves a promotion and pay raise for sure. Thank you!”
