Claudia was fantastic, absolutely fantastic. She help me unwind some horrendous mistakes made by Verizon's outsourced customer service from overseas. Claudia was not only a life saver, but was a life saver under pressure, with grace, with ease and speed. Verizon should give her a promotion, then AI-clone her and dispense with the outsourcing. . . just sayin.

Hernan and Claudia were fabulous! Super patient, and very thorough, with clear explanations. I really appreciated the service there today! After Hernan did the initial assessment of the condition of my phone, He turned the rest over to Claudia who did a phenomenal job with me for the next hour and a half. Thank you so much!???

I went into the store today to ask about changing companies and cell phone plans. (Earlier, I had tried the customer no-service phone line). The person there was poorly dressed and the service was lacking. I walked out after a few minutes. I'll stay with my current carrier. It's disheartening to know that with as much advertising dollars that Verizon spends to have customers change their plans from another carrier, this "representative" can just convey that they just don't care.

Even though he could not fully assist me due to a larger network issue, Peter is seriously the absolute BEST employee I have come across in this entire organization! I have been with them for 16 years and he is literally the most sincere and trustworthy associate they have. He is professional and keeps his promises and you can tell he genuinely cares. Formerly a T-Mobile customer for 20+ years, left due to poor service coverage in my area. I was hesitant to switch because I always had excellent customer service from T-Mobile, but Ivan and Peter at this location were extremely helpful and provided a ton of insight on the phones, active promotions, and plans available, helping me choose the right option for myself and my family. I plan to come back shortly to transfer my wife's phone to Verizon as well. Thank you for an excellent customer experience!

I recently needed to purchase an additional phone for personal use & Peter Landon was the customer service associate. He knew I had a time constraint & literally wrapped up a new phone for me within an hour. He was kind, fast & very helpful in helping me with the details to set up my phone & service. I highly recommend asking for him. He's absolutely awesome!!
