This is the best UPS Store in the area, by a long shot. Everyone who works here is so friendly and kind and has amazing customer service. I spend packages often and many times Jordan has been extra helpful in helping me find a box of the right size. Thanks!

Always great customer service and help with my shipping and packaging needs. Lived in SJC 12+ years and has been consistent throughout.

Horrific customer service EVERY time I go in. I have talked directly with the owner each time regarding the poor service without resolution and will not be back. I'm done.

The manager is horrible. Her customer skill is -1. I will not come here if it is last UPS on earth.

This place is the worst UPS Store I've ever been to. The workers are extreeeeemely slow! There's always a line to the door no matter the time of day. They never notice if your package is just a drop off already labeled. They just stare at you while you wait and wait! They need new people asap

Came here because I saw all the bad reviews about the front desk lady who was rude. I wanted to see how bad it was since I needed a live scan. I was let down she was not rude at all. My experience was fine I was taking care of perfectly In&out in 20 minutes. The guy working the other line was very polite and moving people along fast for how many people were coming in.

Been going her for years, but no more. 1. They're always busy for returns. Good for them, bad for me. 2. There always seems to be issues with their computers or scanners; printed QRs fail, and the lady grabs the phone out of your hand to adjust image. 3. The lady od East Asian dissent gets mean, and is rude/nasty to the other employees, especially if they're a trainee. .. I'm going to Ladera from now on. clean, orderly and smells good.

If I could give zero stars I would. This location is run absolutely terribly. Not only was I asked to go in the back to find my OWN print order that was obviously on the screen…they treated me like I was dumb. They also hassled another customer to pay a dollar for a piece of tape so that they can teach customers to start taping their boxes. The way they handle business is not how UPS stores should be run. There’s also a lady who works the front who knows absolutely nothing and their excuse is she’s new… She’s been there for months and argues with every single customer. I’m not one to usually complain, but this experience wasabsolutely atrocious. The corporate needs to do something about this store…

I have been going to this UPS for quite a bit and all the employees are super nice but there is one manager that is especially rude for whenever I ask an employee a question she says I am wrong and will call me out. I had a question about a package I dropped off there and kept track of how many and I asked her about it and she flat out was rude saying I can track it myself, which I had already done so and wanted to see if they saw anything on there side about it. Her name was Nichi Bebi I think. She was super overly rude.

I had to go here to drop off Amazon returns so I questioned the ( very new untrained ) guy how much to send a package to Chicago. First he said $69 do I laughed, his partner hit a few buttons and said $33. USPS $10.40. Wow they start high. "What's the best way to ship this?" Is not a question they answer as they just charge high prices.

I recently visited the UPS Store in San Juan Capistrano and while the staff members were friendly, I couldn't help but feel disappointed by the overall experience. As someone who usually goes to the Dana Point location, which I consider to be the best UPS Store in the area, this visit fell short of my expectations. One of the main issues I encountered was the evident understaffing at the San Juan Capistrano store. There was a line of customers waiting, and it was clear that the limited number of staff members couldn't keep up with the demand. It would have been beneficial if they had more employees available to ensure a smoother and more efficient process.Furthermore, I was disheartened to observe one staff member seemingly preoccupied with other tasks, completely disregarding the customers who were patiently waiting in line. This lack of attentiveness created a sense of frustration among those of us who needed assistance.Despite these shortcomings, I must acknowledge the friendly nature of the staff members who did engage with customers. They were polite and willing to help once they were available. Their positive attitude contributed to a somewhat pleasant atmosphere, even though the service itself was not as prompt as desired.

Pretty bad experience. I went in to ask a question regarding an Amazon return. What I got was lost in translation. I was spoken to in the most remedial way, not understanding why I was being spoken down to that way, I spoke back to her in the exact way and the staff person seemed shocked to be on the receiving end, time to look in the mirror. Clearly a teachable moment for customer service.I'd drive to the Dana Point store from now on.
