Brandon “the tech” came in to speak to me while I was waiting for my oil change to alert me to a huge concern about squirrels making nests in my engine! He advised me on how to prevent any further issues and probably just saved me thousands of dollars in wire damage on my 2022 Ford Bronco! I had no idea the neighborhood squirrels had created a home in my engine! Thank you so much, Brandon. You’re my hero at Ford today!!

My last service appointment was fantastic because they picked up my car when scheduled and after I checked over the car did everything that needed to be done called me about anything unusual and then deliver the car after I scheduled the time for them. The attendant who brought my car back was outstanding and I remember him from the Ford Dealer because I've been going there for years and I will continue to do so, thanks again for the great service.

An $80 part cost in excess of $450 labor to replace a windshield washer pump. To fix the additional problem regarding the air bag light warning I was told the charge would be in excess of $800. I need to look for a good local mechanic with reasonable rates since we live off ssa.
