I live in SJC. I'm in here constantly to pick up items I need and use the pharmacy for my family. I love everything about this store. It's quick snd easy and self checkout is great!!! Highly recommend!!!

Worse customer service! People here don't know how to deal with customers. For drive up pick up, i declined bags and yet got charged for bag fees. Guest services don't pick up the phone and keeps hanging up your call after waiting for about 4 and a half minutes! Full of bullshit!

Does not keep store clean. No one answers the phone. Found someone's vaginal discharge all over the crotch area of these sweatpants I purchased from this location. Extremely dirty. Homeless people always outside with their trash, smoking drugs and yelling at customers 24/7
