Can't recommend this gym enough! Alex is amazing. The skills he teaches last a lifetime. I feel so confident moving in the gym and my everyday life.

Going to Squish has been such a great experience. I enjoy going to workout every time and I am seeing the booty gains. Alex is the best and so knowledgeable. He fixed my back pain.
