Always schedule in advance by calling quest or using the quest portal. Locations are boring, just white walls with nothing to look at in the interiors.

Before you accept a job offer at this location, think of nearest public market or food places is 10 miles and driving conditions are very dangerous daily. This is one of the highest fatality and most dangerous death highways of Orange County! Google "Ortega Highway deaths." Traffic is horrible and have road closres due to falling rocks and motorcycle accidents for so many times every year. Knew 1 mother died from car accident going home from work and 1 scientist is almost paralyzed from car accident at Ortega highway. Lunch break is only 30 mins so you're stuck with low standard and costly cafeteria food for all eternity of your work days. Their free artificial coffee is nowhere near to a real tasting coffee. Some workers had 3 accidents in 1 year for just driving to/from work. Many are stressed driving to work before even starting on their jobs.

I would like to give zero stars. I was told this morning by the Laguna Hills Office that they will not longer be taking walk-ins. I have diabetes and my doctor orders blood tests that require fasting. I work Monday through Friday at 7:30am. I see the location would require me to get an appointment more than a month out. This is seriously inconvenient for patients for your org to not allow walk ins at your facilities. I hope you will reconsider how you are doing business and perhaps you need to hire more people during these COVID times.

If you are hoping to travel on a Covid-negative result, RUN. Quest publicly states that their turnaround is 2-3 days. Their website updates “frequently” so you can “know what to expect.”We have been waiting five days for a result, and are quarantined and unable to leave our hotel room. Tomorrow, Hawaii won’t even let you on a plane.Don’t trust these guys. Our plane was full of people with their results but the Quest people had a whole lot of nothing. They have zero way to expedite your results either, even if you call and complain.

Haven't gotten any blood work in a couple of years because my experience with Quest was so awful. Quest charged my co-pay and my insurance and then sent me to collections. The bill collection company tried to be menacing and threaten over the phone by saying my social security number and address to me. I know where you live better pay up etc. This is over less than $100 dollars. Icing on the cake is their bill collection company is hacked and my identity stolen. I skip blood tests every year for my doctor to avoid using their service. Year 4 and doc is insisting on a test. I see frustration in the near future.

I am a potential Corona virus patient. I understand that we are in crazy times and I am a very understanding person who 90% of my family is physicians so I appreciate all the energy time and sweat people in the industry are putting in. BUT...I had a test done 10 DAYS AGO!!!!! My doctor told me the test was sent to the quest labs in San Juan and everyday they are waiting for the results patiently. 10 days now!!!!!!Meanwhile people that got tested 3-4 days ago have their results in hand! I have been quarantined for almost 3 weeks now due to Quests lag time in getting a result to my doctor!! It's absolutely absurd!!! I have written to CNN as well to explain this ridiculousness to the media as well. My symptoms got better a week ago but because of the insane delay I am stuck in the house, my doctor can't release me back to work and into the world until they have a result in hand. If quest had done their job in the time frame that was promised (3 days) I would have an idea of what to do!! If it is negative I didn't need to lose out on additional week of income at work which is 100% their fault for delaying this. Nobody believes me when I say I'm still waiting for results even the doctors and nurses are frustrated.

This is not a public facility. You cannot drop off samples; you cannot get blood drawn. This is a testing facility only!
