And if I have any type of issues with my babies I can ask them for their advice on what I should get and they usually have good things to point out for me to buy. Their prices are reasonable and they have a very good variety of brands from which to choose.”

“In the past when I shop for my pets I'm usually running around to multiple stores, because some have better prices than others and not all pet food stores carry the same items. Lately I have been coming here because even though they are more expensive than the bigger store names like Petco and Petsmart they have been price matching for me, so I can get all my items in once place without having to pay the higher price tag, which I really appreciate (thanks Jennifer) and as long as it stays that way, they will continue to have my business. I prefer to spend my money at smaller local stores anyway.
In addition to that, when I'm there the staff (thanks again Jennifer) is really good at asking you if you are finding what you need. And if you are not finding what you need, offering to order it for you and get it in stock. Customer service is sooooo important in any sales related job or business but it is the #1 most overlooked thing. When I am at the big stores like Petco or Petsmart no employee ever asks if I'm finding what I need or offers to help. And even when you try getting any employee to help they can usually be hard to track one down or get one that doesn't seem annoyed to help. So thank you Pets Plus for actually caring about the customer's needs and not just making a buck. We notice the difference!”
“The best deal on any hay in town! $10 will get you a big bag of Timothy, straw, or (there's one more can't remember). Great deal. All the staff are super friendly and have everything you need. At the moment they have baby chicks! You can go in and buy any amount you need and or different breeds! They have everything you need to get your little farm going. You can wash your dogs for $15 as well! Went in there for hay for bunny and walked out with 4 more chicks. Love this store!”

“We come here because you get cat food that isn't harmful to your animal and full of processed junk.
They are also one of the few store that carries cat litter, sustainably yours, and they offer a free bag with so many purchases, which I have yet to get because the system messed our account up. :-P”

“Tookie my scared,older,reactive to other dogs,Velcro pound puppy had his first bath today after 8 years by someone else today other than me! He has been asked 3 times at other places not to return. So it's been up to me and I've been taking him to the dog tub in Laguna and washing him for years. Don't have the energy anymore to fight him over nail clipping took to Facebook and overwhelmingly bow wow was highly recommended. Got him in 815 Saturday morning and believe me I am not a morning person at all! Called me when he was almost done and I raced there and one happy puppy! So kind and caring. He's clean nails trimmed happy camper we are we found our place.”

“I came in for a small litter box as one of my kitties is sick, and I wanted a box available closer to the room he is resting in. Keith was so helpful and asked about my kitty's condition and gave helpful tips and even offered samples of freeze dried treats to help stimulate our kitty, Mousey's appetite. “Amazing place for your little ones! The staff is so welcoming and actually caring for your pets. It is inside a pet hospital, so it was a bit confusing, but it isn't like it's hard to find. Their food options are good for picky eaters! Good variety, and they will let your little one try it out before buying!”
“This Pets Plus location beats the San Juan location hands down. ever since Tom left the San Juan location things have been going downhill. I shop Ralphs San Clemente twice a week and stopped in Pets Plus for a tennis ball for my newly adopted rescue dog. I was mentioning that my rescue dog had skin issues the young man named Grayson helped me immensely! Grayson suggested many products for the skin ailments, comparing and contrasting each product in detail. He also helped me with the comfort is the tennis ball because I needed somethings soft. My rescue dog feels better with the probiotic skin spray. Need help? Just ask for Grayson and you will most likely leave the store more knowledgeable than when you walked in.”

“Golden doodle grooming was great. Doodle owners know that finding a good groomer is difficult, we thought we'd give petsmart a go not expecting much as they are 50% cheaper than other groomers in the area but they did a great job! Most doodle groomers are lazy and will shave to the skin well our dog went in pretty shaggy and they did a great job on the trim. Thanks John!”

“I have not had the opportunity to visit your Center. We lived in high desert above Palm Springs. Riley and I were doing great! Then one daughter passed in Dec 2022 ⎌from aggressive lung cancer. My other daughter set me up in beautiful apt here in Laguna Woods Village . Riley isn’t doing well and not a happy dog. I’m progressively getting worse with Osteoarthritis and Ataxia. Really need to settle him in a home with yard, a family . He needs to run and stomp around with other pets or family members. He is approximately 4 years , fixed and very active. Loves people. Would you be interested in re-homing Riley. He’s been with me over 2 years. Has all his shots. Never had a health problem. Can we talk? ? Dorisann Dahl Laguna Woods”
