OC Pet Companions are fabulous. We had a lot of travel this summer and hired them to take care of our 2 cats. We'd recently adopted the cats in September of last year, so I really wanted someone who would make them feel comfortable while we were away. Ruth Ann and Star took care of our kitties (and our plants and mail, etc!) perfectly. I got regular updates and photos. The cats were happy and loved their visits. OC Pet Companions was also very thorough and courteous. It was great working with them and I'll be using them again and again and again!

I have worked for OC Pet Companions for several years. I've worked for others but this company is the most professional I've encountered. very rewarding, I've made lots of furry friends and our clients are some incredible people. I just love my job!

We have a special needs epileptic dog. We follow a very detailed dietary and medication regimen to keep him healthy. We had tried pet sitters in the past, but they were unable to follow the regimen and our dog would get very stressed. After much research and several recommendations, we found OC Pet Companions and gave them a try. We were very impressed with their attention to detail. The team interviewed us extensively and took notes! We started off slowly and worked our way up to an overnight stay. What impressed us so much is how much our dog loves our pet sitter Pat. He has hip dysplasia and jumps on his hind legs to greet her at the door. He NEVER did this with anyone else..... The billing is done very professionally and everything about OC Pet Companions is top notch. You can tell Ruth Ann carefully screens and interviews her employees. Remember, the pet sitter is coming into your home when you aren't there--trust is a huge factor and we trust OC Pet Companions! We are very happy with OC Pet Companions and recommend them highly.

I used their services once and the experience was okay. I tipped the cat sitter as well. I booked with them the second time and since I had moved about 10 miles away - I asked if they would send the same sitter. They scheduled the dates and the cat sitter called me to ask about entry+keys etc. I was thoroughly confused because the cat sitter was rude/frustrated from the get go and we had just begun our conversation. She expressed frustration over my distance and then said it's fine. Every question I asked her, she gave short and rude replies like "duhhh!" "Are you kidding me?" She was short when I tried to figure out her entry in to my home/gated community and did not show patience to figure out the logistics of the appointment. My call with her was 4 minutes of short-temper.

I have used OC Pet Companions for numerous years and can't say enough about them. The owner, Ruth Ann, and Diana, my primary caregiver, are both incredibly warm and have dealt wonderfully with each of my pets and their individual personalities and needs. They have always been great about keeping in touch with me, sending me pictures, providing updates, etc. There have been times when I've needed to change my return plans and they have always gone out of their way to accommodate. The staff at OC Pet Companions continually go above and beyond to take care of my pets, and I can rest easy knowing that my pets are well cared for when I am away. Thank you for providing peace of mind and great service!

The folks at OC Pet Companions are second to none. They treat my dogs and kitty like their own, and I never worry about them when we're gone. I appreciate how they'll send us a picture of the gang, letting us know that all is well on the homefront. They're easy to work with, and have always done their very best to accommodate our needs. I particularly appreciate having the same sitters that come, giving their service a personal touch. No "revolving door" of different sitters! Thanks Pet Companions! You're the best!

I have used OC Pet Companions since bringing my dog home 8 years ago. At the time I was still working and wanted a walk/socializing every day. Ivy Melton did an outstanding job with that and my poodle soon loved her very much. She's like a second Mom and now that I'm retired, she stays overnight with Ivy when I'm gone.

OC Pet Companions...our pups, "Home Away From Home"!Hands down they are the best sitters around! Our little ones love to stay and play in the private setting of the owners home with welcoming access to their enchanting and secure back yard. They are well cared for and considered part of the family when visiting while we are away. OC Pet Companions keep them safe and sound, happy and loved. Our only choice!

I have two Cotons that are simply my children and my life. I thought I would never be able to leave them with no one other than family because I felt no one could understand our relationship. Well after several interviews and visits back and forth with OC Pet Companions, I decided that I could trust them. Little did I know how my children would grow to love someone as much as me. When my dogs see them they start screaming they are so excited to be with them. If they cannot stay with them, I will not leave them. They get so much attention and love when they are with them. They watch them and check them out health wise constantly. I know that if they were ill that they would have them taken care of immediately. I highly recommend them to anyone. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

We were in Southern California for a family event, and couldn't leave our dog home alone in Northern California. I searched high and low for a reputable pet sitter, and I am so happy I found OC Pet Companions. They were the only ones who followed through with my queries, and were very thorough in setting up the appointment. Star watched our Siberian Husky, and we were incredibly satisfied with her! Right from the start she connected with our dog, and vice versa. She even came over the night before to introduce herself to the dog. During the time she sat for our dog, she sent us pictures. I wish she lived in our area because we would use this service time and time again. The entire process was professional, comfortable, and easy! Five stars for OC Pet Companions!!!
