Terrible experience, brought the car for maintenance under warranty and was being charge. Spoke with a manager and instead of understanding me he was making it seem like the car might not be under warranty, dude the car is brand new and bought it 5 months ago of course it’s under warranty. Never coming here again.

Been coming here for years and always forget that I get nervous when going in for car repairs just cause I don't know much. But I always get reminded on how nice and welcoming the staff are. Brandon, I think his name was, helped my mom and I with our cars, super nice cool guy. Their hospitality is the best and offer a bunch of seating and snacks to those waiting.

I took my 2013 Accord to Ocean Honda of SJC for the first time on 8/28/2024 to see what their service was like. Brandon Nelson was my service rep. He was thoroughly knowledgeable, resourceful, respectful, and cordial. He explained the services my car needed and answered my questions. I had to leave my car overnight. He called me the next day, which was his day off, to update me! Brandon is the most competent and dedicated service rep I ever interfaced with and he excelled at customer service.
