I can't stress enough how much Kevin and this particular Bank of America helped me out . They saved me so much time and was genuinely trying to help me more then any other bank in the area thank you !

Very frustrating. We have a business account with Bank of America and run our entire business through this bank. I need one page notarized which has never been a problem at our other branch. I tried to call multiple times as I am in the area today and no one ever answered the phone. I decided to stop in and when I did there were plenty of people working that could've picked up the phone. I was told that all of their bankers are notaries but I need to set up an appointment ahead of time because they all have other things they need to do. Extremely frustrating when I tried to set an appointment but again, no one ever picked up the phone. Not a fan. Terrible customer service with something as simple as...answering the phone. Probably something this branch should work on so as not to upset loyal customers. Back to my branch I go...

Oh see a lot of bad reviews but the few times I have been here, last time about 7 days ago I have had the best experiences! Kevin worked with me and really had such an amazing attitude and I absolutely believe he wanted to help me achieve my goal and was dedicated to doing all he could to make that happen. There could be bad employees there I suppose but Kevin's one of the very best!

This place has never had more than 1 teller at a time. Also, the last time I was here there was a 95 year old women in line while 3 employee's free behind her and she was left there to stand in line for 15 minutes before someone could help her. Avoid this branch like the plague.

I'm with many others who'd leave zero stars of I could. Bank of America in general is the worst. Most branches closed. Those that are open close early 4pm), and have REALLY long lines!

The worst banking experience ever and it happens every time I go in to this bank (not joking). I manage tons of residential properties so I go to almost every bank around this one and none are even a fraction as bad as this bank. The lines are never ending. The mangers will not put more than 2 tellers on at any time. They have the nerve to tell me that they want people to use the ATM, so they will not put more tellers on. There are always 3 to 4 other people running around doing nothing when they could be helping. Never, ever go to this bank. It sucks.

Even one star is too much. Only one teller at one o'clock Friday afternoon. Customer service sent me to the branch which only has one person. They have no respect for the customers and their time. This is unacceptable. Dhe as me on all executives for cashing in and mot servicing their clients.

Made it to the bank before closing time. A nasty old lady named Barbara did not let me go in to make my transition. I explained to her that it was not yet 1pm yet and she should be able to let me in no problem. This lady has no business greeting people. She was rude, gave inaccurate info and was completely unprofessional.

It is understandable that during the pandemic things change and we all try to cope with them and be patient. But Bank of America by far has the worst service dealing with the COVID-19. They not only closed most of their branches, but also they have cut back on their tellers. Long lines everywhere horrible service in all their branches.

11 people in line. Two tellers. Bofa management you are endangering you clientele by keeping them in close proximity indoors. Get tellers to keep the bank vacant or at least not slammed. Your lack of compassion and inability to step up your service will be remembered by us all in line You deserve negative star ratings for creating health dangers for your valued guests

Schedule more tellers. It's not that hard. If there's a line of 10 people outside on a Friday (when most people get paid) then management should create a schedule to prevent long wait times. I was waiting almost and hour to complete a 3 minute transaction.

This has never been a good location. Poorly staffed, long lines, etc. Long before covid... a real shame.

Zero stars if I could place that. I understand that we're in a pandemic, but please for the love of god, answer your phone. Not a lot of BoA lobby is open and I had to literally go to six different ones and found this lobby open. Only to find out they can't cash my check, if y'all answer your phone I wouldn't waste my time and yours if you couldn't cash out a check. Also, if you don't have an account with them, there's a limit on how much you can cash out, the teller wouldn't tell me but the check I had was over $$$$$. So there's that.

One of the worst banks I've ever been to. I waited an hour and a half to get inside, as there was only one teller on a Monday afternoon.

If you go inside plan on spending an hour+ in line. Always understaffed, long before the pandemic. Even with an appointment with a banker you are left waiting. Tellers are rude, management are uninvolved, problems persist due to mismanagement. Also, tellers make mistakes when handling money and you have to watch every move they make. Also, staff never answer the phone.
