I have been a customer of Mission Wrap and Mail for many years now during which time Tino has helped me with a wide range of undertakings. I've always known Tino to be a consummate professional who is consistently knowledgeable, organized, helpful and patient. I couldn't imagine having anybody else handle my mailing needs. Tino is like family now and I feel lucky I found him.

I absolutely love this place. They provide Great customer service and are always so friendly. Tino is always so helpful. Forget any other corporate shipping store.. Mission wrap and mail is the best!!!

First and Foremost, Tino is a great guy -- very fair and very honest. And most important of all, he's very good at his job. He'll do everything he can to make your job easier. Tina helped me ship 20 boxes, 50 pounds each, from one end of the country to the other. He provided me with the boxes and tape, even offered a pick-up service. All I had to do was pack the boxes. Tino took care of the rest. All the boxes arrived on time -- all 20 of them! -- no delays, no lost boxes, no issues whatsoever, which was simply amazing! And every time I had a question, Tino picked up the phone to ease my concerns. In fact, this was not my first experience with Tino. Years ago, he shipped a painting for me across the country and it arrived in perfect condition. Again, no issues whatsoever! In short, if you're looking for a worry-free (fantastic!) service at a fair price, Tino is your guy!

Great place! I wanted to shop small, and avoid the UPS store, so I came to Mission Wrap. I needed a document notarized, then to send it to the recipient. No wait at all. Owner was courteous and fast. In and out in minutes. There was plenty of parking right in front of the store. I will return here again.

Had some papers notarized and was not sure of what needed what. Small store and the gent helped me out and got all the papers signed that I needed. Would really recommend this place but careful if you have a big truck as parking is tight.

I was in a bind finding a place that could fax a large file for me- especially during covid! The kind owner at Mission was willing to send my fax over for me. When he discovered his own fax machine was experiencing issues, he scanned the document in to his other location and had them fax it for me in 6 different installments. To top it off, he gave my daughter a my little pony toy at the end. They also sent me confirmation of my six faxes via email after the fact. I really appreciate the level of customer service and am looking forward to bringing more business here.
