I have never dealt with two more unprofessional and extremely rude employees of any business. They had no customer service skills . I got my problem with the reps at this store resolved with a customer service surpervisor who instructed me to return to this store and have them facilitate my return. The employee told me she did not care what metro customer service had approoved she would not comply. It is amazing these two girls have a job. I was informed by a neighboring metro store, these same girls are complained about all the time. Worst retail location in southern California!!!

Disruptive Business Practice
The two girls at Metro By T-Mobile were so lazy. I kept waiting and waiting for them to assist me, but neither of them wanted to help me with my phone problem. They just ignored me and continued with their own things. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing to receive such poor customer service.

The 2 most rudest customer service reps we will never go in the store again. We will do our best to report this store for its rude customer service reps. 5/22/2024. We were treated with disrespect by the 2 customer service reps. We plan on making a formal complaint with the BBB TO REPORT THE EVENT. We stopped at the metro in Capo Beach and was treated so kind, what a contrast.

Friendly, great customer service. The girl who helped me displayed awesome customer service. Stayed open when she was supposed to go to lunch! Deserves a raise. Was honest unlike other employees from other cell phone companies

The last review I wrote about Metro by t mobile was supposed to be directed at metro's headquarter's management and not towards this San Juan Capistrano store. That is just one store I walked out of that my phone asked me what I thought of it.Bad timing. To be honest, that store is great. Nothing wrong that I can think of and thanks to Monica, the South County, Regional Manager, who was really great and very helpful to me, I was able to speak to Enrique, this store owner, who was very pleasant and very helpful also. It is people like these that make it for Metro by T mobile.To sum it up, this store. It's owner and his employees and Monica Meiloaica, The South County, Regional Manager, are excellent people and Metro by T mobile should consider themselves very fortunate to have these people working for them and I believe any customer that should deal with these people will be getting the best service one can get. Thank you Metro by T mobile, for these people. And Enrique, Please forgive me for taking so long to edit my review. It's way overdue. No doubt. Respectfully.....
