I recently had the pleasure of working with CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC, and I can't express enough how impressed I am with their exceptional service. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free, thanks to the incredible team led by Jessica Rossi, our loan processor, Brett Wilmer, Originating Branch Manager and JJ Mazzo, Executive Vice President.
Jessica Rossi was an absolute professional throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer our questions, no matter how small, and guided us through each step with clear communication and a positive attitude. Jessica’s attention to detail and commitment to making the process as seamless as possible made a world of difference for us.

Zach is a nice guy who can guide you through the loan steps without any headache, things with my load went smoothly and fast even a few days before the promised date for closings. Unfortunately, the rate is limited to 5 stars and I can't go over it! Thank you, Zach, for your help, support, and efforts during my loan process.

I just have to give a huge shoutout to Mazzo Group - CrossCountry Mortgage, especially Zach Hardin, for their amazing work closing my loan! They were total pros from start to finish. Always on the ball, always keeping me in the loop, and handling everything with ease. I never had to worry about a thing! Plus, they were super friendly and made the whole process a breeze. If you need a loan, these guys are the ones to go to!

Excellent experience with Zach and the Mazzo team. We purchased a new construction home in HB and everything went as smoothly as anyone could ask for. This is the 6th time I've purchased a home and I initially braced myself for the associated stress that comes along with the loan process. Through Zach's calm and friendly demeanor, he guided me through step-by-step, always making sure to answer any questions and being available at all hours. The Mazzo Group secured me a rate that beat out the in-house lender at Lennar (even with the offered incentives) and all the large banks. We will definitely be going back to Zach for any future home loan needs, especially to refi when the rates hopefully come down.
On a side note, it was really fun and thoughtful of the Mazzo Group to periodically send out little surprise gifts in the mail.

Wow Wow Wow is all I can really say!! The Mazzo team is simply one of the best in the industry. Zach and Jennifer were a true joy to work with from start to finish.
