6:59 pm the guy was already closing the door and told me all his computers were off. It's so sad that these temporary employees don't try and help you out when you bust your butt trying to make it to the store before it closes. Going the extra mile is gone. I'll never come back to this store again. I hate adding a star.

Extremely rude lady name Peg answered when I simply called to track my package with my name and tracking number. I was trying to get out a sentence with my information and she abruptly cut me off mid-sentence and put me on a hold with loud music. Once she returned I tried again to provide her with my information and finish my sentence and she kept cutting me off. I told her to please stop interrupting me so I can finish my sentence as she is being rude. Her reply? No I'm not being rude and then she handed the phone to another lady. I started to explain what happened and Peg grabbed the phone again and said I'm still here what do you want. I said never mind I'm going to file a complaint and come handle my package situation in person. UPS Store for my local small business from here forward!

Came in this morning, not fully prepared to be honest and thank god Heather was there to assist me. She helped us pick the paper, load the machine since it was a thicker cut and helped me print everything. I ran into some hiccups and she was an absolute Angel who fixed the issues. She really went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Heather!

So I usually come here for my work. Did not realize they close at 7 I get there at 6:56 and explain I just need to fax something by email. And she is like no it takes more time, maybe if it was a regular fax but email takes me a minute. I get people want to go home but sometimes giving a little grace is helpful.

Actually, this is the second time that Karen has help me this week ,earlier it was to ship a package and this time it was for her to cut card stock for me. She is so sweet, always with a smile always asking if there's anything I need she is awesome.!!!! She is a keeper!!

Had to print out some VERY last minute pictures for my sisters graduation. Keep in mind resizing pictures can take very long up to a day sometimes. I believe her name was Peg, but she was very knowledgeable and was able to help me get it done and printed in 15min. So grateful!!! Thank you!

Never have I ever left home without the materials I need for a business or class presentation.... Well except this one time....I sent the three files (which consisted of two sets of student hand outs and one set of 100+ page instructors manual - bound and tabbed), via the online ordering system. I quickly got a got from Peggy. Who was the most professional person.We talked about how the online process doesn't alwys pick up on the things that humans need in printed products. She toldMe she would would review them and let me know of any questions. She confirmed where the breaks in material should be, where the tabs should be placed.I was so happy with her personal service and the high quality of the finished product.The cost was reasonable for all the things I needed. I would recommend this business without hesitation. Incase. You. Know. You forget alllllll your material and have to teach then next day... or something.

Unprofessional rude assistant manager who thinks being passive aggressive is ok when I get done with contacting friends at corporate I promise you that you will never be passive aggressive again to any customers at fed ex that’s if you still even have your jobThat’s a promise!Unreal how unbelievable this has been for me to get a fed ex package

I had a couple items to ship and this was my first visit to a FedEx store. I used to do all my shipping at a UPS in Oceanside but now we live here in San Juan Capistrano. I was completely clueless and unfortunately, stubborn and like to figure out stuff on my own. I was looking at the different envelopes and boxes available and found two that were the right size. I was sending an old JanSport backpack to JanSport - they have a lifetime guarantee and will repair or replace it for free. The other item was a missing garage door opener and wanted to mail it to the folks who bought our Oceanside house. I brought the two packages to the counter and the nice customer service person said, did you want these to be rush shipping? Um, no. Then she helped me pick out the right size envelopes so they could be sent regular ground shipping. Lesson learned, ask for help so you don't waste the nice lady's supplies. This place is huge and have all kinds of services, not just shipping - like computers to work on and print projects out. They also have a little merchandise like greeting cards and office supplies. Definitely will be back for all my shipping needs!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I needed two pieces of paper printed. Went to their print and go and the machine froze while loading my document. It froze so long that when it started working again, it had me reinsert my card to restart my session. Tried again and it froze again and told me to reinsert my card a third time. Then I noticed the sign saying it was placing $10 holds on my bank account for each card insert. So I go up to the front. There is one guy in line ahead of me and I talk to the guy working the front counter. He tells me he'll be right with me as soon as he helps the customer. While standing there, more and more customers start walking in and getting in line and he proceeds to start helping all of them that were there after me while I'm just standing there. Another guy walks up and he tells him to help another customer. Then a third employee comes up and he starts ringing up one of the other people in line. After 15 minutes he finally he asks me what's going on and I have to tell him again. I've now been in the store for 25 minutes for two pieces of paper. Finally I ask if he can just print the two pieces of paper for me and he says it will be over 3 dollars for him to do it for me. For two pieces of paper. The broken self service machine is 17 cents per page. So after thirty minutes in the store and $30 in holds on my debit card because of their faulty machine, he has the audacity to say it's "company policy" that he applies the surcharge. When I start to object, he just walks away to help another customer in line. I'm sorry I didn't know that your company policy was to waste their customers time, ignore them, have their machines steal their money, be rude about it, and then have the audacity to charge them a premium for printing it for them because their machine isn't working. What an atrocious experience. UPDATE: Went to Staples and they didn't even charge me to print the two pieces of paper. In and out in less than three minutes. Save yourself the hassle and just go there.
