Spoke with Gretchen about getting some hats designed for the guys at the fire station. I sent a pdf of the design we wanted and she nailed it on the head with the design I was looking for. She was amazing to deal with and has exceptional communication and customer service skills. They got these out in a timely manner as well! Put in an order and a week and a half later they were ready for pickup on the date she said she would have them ready by. I highly recommend Face First and Gretchen to handle whatever orders you have and I assure you, they will not disappoint you. Thank you for the order and your exceptional product and service! We will be ordering from Face First for all orders here on out!

I had a great experience with this company overall. The person I got an initial quote from didn't respond so Eloisa stepped in. She did a great job picking up where we left off and was openly communicative throughout the editing process. I highly recommend this place. I needed to get our youth baseball teams last names on their jerseys and needed it done within 24 hours. Not only did they deliver but their customer service and quality of work was exceptional. I would highly recommend them for any and all printing needs.

I worked with Nick Callaway on my project to get my jean jackets embroidered for my wedding party. He was extremely personable and professional from the beginning. When choosing the type of denim I wanted and needed, he provided multiple options from his vendors and also helped confirm the jacket I ended up choosing. I provided him with a few pinterest inspirational drawings, and he advised the type of design, print, format, size, and put me in touch with his graphic designer to finalize the artwork. I live across the country, and FaceFirst Inc was a pleasure to work with - given their great staff, communication, and promptness, I would highly recommend FaceFirst, Inc to anyone!

Thank you so much to Nick and the team at FaceFirst for making custom masks for my wedding! I put in a rush order with less than a week turnaround and within an hour of placing an order, Nick had our mock-ups dialed and ready to print. He was so easy to work with, was quick to respond and was there every step of the way to make sure they turned out perfectly and were exactly what we wanted. I cannot thank them enough!

Nick at FaceFirst worked his magic to get us a quick turn-around on embroidered face masks for our daughter's wedding last month. The masks were high quality and came out very nice. Even for outdoor events, the personalized fabric masks are a nice touch that guests appreciate. We love the service and design help we get when working with FaceFirst and will order from them again.

I just had a shirt printed here, and the owner was willing to cooperate with me, operating on an NDA! They respected that my own design belongs to me. My intellectual property is more important to me than the average customer, so it was good to be able to discuss that with them and agree to terms.It was most likely not the usual customer request, but I have every faith my original design is safe as a result of the business that took place today. I don't expect any variants of it, or any strangeness from them.I would keep my eye on this company! Well done.
