Adopted our Dolly three months ago with the help of Doggie Bonez. She is now settling in with our family and despite her early stories of a horrific life she is, as advertised, the sweetest girl full of love!!! Thank you ever so much Jacqueline!

Worst experience ever.Emotional blackmail and an absolute lack of professionalism and/or tact.Let me tell you about my experience fostering/attempting to adopt from Doggie Bonez. My partner and I were contacted about a fostering and possible chance at adoption. Throughout the entire process we were clear in asking for requirements and expectations and timelines for this process and possible adoption. Everything seemed fine in the beginning but that changed about 2 days into having our new family member.We were suddenly called and told a list of expectations and requirements that were never mentioned, as well as a complete miscommunication on her medical history. Let me tell you what we found out two, that's right two entire days after formally adopting our new family member.1. A minimum $500 adoption fee.2. A requirement to have a yard to adopt.3. The small puppy was actually not fully vaccinated and could not be walked outside. (This was communicated to us after we had been told it was fine to walk her and she had her medical history up to date besides a spay.)4. An expectation that we would be available for never discussed "visitations" from Doggie Bonez.On top of all these new requirements we were also told that she has actually already been promised to another family and she was already taken. Despite us being clear the entire process about out intent to adopt. In fact on day 1 of fostering we told the center we wanted to keep our new family member permanently due to her being a perfect fit.The family acknowledged this and told us they would begin the transfer/adoption paperwork. So you can understand our shock when we learned that she had already been adopted and we had failed to adhere to their requirements and guidelines which they never communicated.Finally we were instructed to immediately take our new family member to the hospital for her vaccines and spaying. Despite her surgery and vaccines not happening for several days. This instruction also came at the extremely rude and unprofessional tone of whoever called us.So in the end let me summarize.We were lied to at several points, requirements and expectations were never properly communicated. Then we were forced to abandon our new family member 1 day after being told we could keep her at a random veterinarian office after being lambasted on the phone.If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. I've read the positive reviews of this place and I'm only further confused and distraught over what happened to my family.If you plan to adopt from Doggie Bonez do so at your own risk. It appears that you will either have a flawless adoption or one of the most painful emotional journeys you'll have for a while.

This rescue gave us our precious little girl, Ellie. They steered us away from the dog we were originally interested in because they knew we were concerned about the safety of the little dog we already have. They introduced us to a dog that perfectly fit what we were wanting and she is such a blessing to us. They are very kind, compassionate and caring and they will forever be in my heart for giving us our Ellie. ❤️

The foster application and process was very straightforward and painless . Jackie has been wonderful to work with . Communication has been very easy . They matched me up with the perfect foster for my home and have taken responsibility of the food and medical cost needed for the dog . Ruby needed a miracle to be saved and Doggie Bonez stepped up at a very critical time . It’s enriched my life a thousand fold .

5 stars doesn't even come close to how many stars I'd love to give doggie bonez rescue. They are absolutely AMAZING. I am forever grateful for them. Jackie is so caring and she does the absolute best job in finding your fur babies the best homes. I have had to rehome 3 of my babies, and Jackie did not stop working on them until she found them each loving homes. One female was adopted a few months before the other 2 as we had to separate the 2 females and went to an amazing loving home where she is so spoiled. And my male and female were then adopted together by an amazing family all thanks to doggie bonez. Our male had to have ACL surgery and doggie bonez completely took him under their wing, and covered all vet costs just to make sure Timmy got the surgery he needed to feel better and feel like himself again. With that being said, I could go on and on with nice things to say about Jackie and doggie bonez rescue but yelp would probably end up stopping my novel! Lol

Jacqueline and the crew at Doggie Bonez have been amazing. We adopted a little boxer mix and the whole process was made so easy from the get go. They even helped with all the vaccinations and spay/microchip. Highly recommend Doggie Bonez.Thank you Jacqueline.

I highly recommend this rescue. Our family has been looking for a perfect dog to adopt and after searching many rescues I came across doggie bonez through instagram. The owner Jacqueline was very responsive and friendly throughout my process. I first filled out a foster application, but we ended up falling in love with our dog and adopted her ! She is a 7 year old black lab/pointer mix and she is perfect. Older dogs need love too. If everyone can think about adopting versus supporting puppy mills then so many more dogs would have a chance. Overall, I love this dog rescue and would adopt more in the future.

This is an amazing rescue with the best mission! I have fostered here for awhile and they take such good care of the dogs. They really make sure these dogs are going to good homes and get them all the care they need!

I had the best experience with Doggie Bonez Rescue and I have adopted 2 loving pit bulls from them over the course of 5 years. These dogs have completely changed my life for the better and I will forever be grateful for this Rescue. They care so much for their dogs and really strive to give their dogs the best life possible. After adopting from them once I knew I would want all my future dogs from them. Best rescue ever!!
