Alex has been taking the best of care of my car and myself for the last 11 years. I trust him. He watches out for me. He tells me in advance what I’m going to need for my car and how much it’s going to cost me. This allows me to prepare for it. if I need to understand , he will go to great lengths to explain why… You can count on him to watch out for you like he’s watched out for me. Wonderful exceptional service. Answered several questions to make me feel at ease. I felt more knowledgeable about my car and was able to get necessary repairs same-day on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Everything you want in a mechanic.

This company is so honest. I was quoted even by people in my former church that are mechanics so much more for just an oil change, telling me I needed hundreds of dollars of more work that I knew I didn't need. Alex and his crew are so sweet and kind and HONEST...a WONDERFUL place for a single woman to come. They WILL NOT take advantage of a female and will be so kind. I got a great oil change and everything topped off for such a reasonable price. Thank you Alex!!!

Most honest repair shop. Period. He told me things to check before bringing my car in for brake work, saving me a bundle! They do the best work! I took my car to other shops for a rattle, some told me it was a suspension issue, others a steering issue. DnA found it was the AC hose hitting the side, fixed it for free! No more rattle!!

These guys are awesome! I've taken 4 different cars here and every time they provide stellar service. Alex is understanding and knows cars. His team goes above and beyond. For example, I came in to get an AC blower motor replaced, they also replaced one of my taillights at no extra charge! They just saw it and decided to help me out.This little shop is the best because Alex wants to make sure that your car is taken care of personally, instead of just feeling like another number in their system. I have lived in the area for 36 years. I have tried most of the auto repair shops is SJC,SC, and DP. I will be taking my car to D N A from now on!! Alex is the best and there is no upselling from aggressive sales people. You may want to call and make an appointment. I'm not the first local to figure this out and they can be busy at times. I spun a rod in my 70' Oldsmobile 442 high performance 455 cid engine. It needed to be completely rebuilt. This is a show quality car and engine. I was referred to Alex at D&A and was a bit apprehensive as it is a small shop. I was assured by Alex that the car would be well cared for. I was impressed with the way he pre ordered parts and staged cars for the major repairs, thus avoiding excessive down time for the vehicle. He put the car on a lift and covered it while the engine work was done. I can tell you that engine was beautiful before and even more so after the rebuild. And as for performance, well after some trial and error with carburetor and distributor tuning, the results were simply amazing. Wow. Álex was not satisfied until it ran up to expectations. And my expectations were high. Price was fair. I'm convinced he and his guys can handle any auto repair.

Extraordinary Customer Service -- Exceptional Timely Repairs Antonio has worked and supervised his team on my 1991 MR2 Turbo Toyota for 5 years. I came to the shop through the recommendation of Napa Auto (located next door). No other automotive shop would address my car's needs--a rebuilt engine. Antonio and his skilled team located an engine after lengthy investigations, followed by rebuilding it; also located and rebuilt my transmission and other "discontinued parts." Their research was country-wide from Los Angeles to Maryland to Modesto and more. They never gave up. They didn't say "forget it." I wanted to keep my car of 30 years and they were there to support me! Their friendly warm greetings never faltered for everyone who entered the shop, which they have continuously upgraded to be welcoming to the customers. What is unbelievable, Antonio wrote the advertisement for the sale of my car. A statement of grace and care. He has gone beyond the limits of "customer service." I highly recommend DNA Automotive - it is an incredible business model. He continually upgrades the technology and skills of his employees - bringing in youth to learn the trade. His rates are reasonable as are the hours. He and his Team are accommodating.

We are blessed to have a small honest shop like this in South OC , I used to own a small auto shop I know how difficult it can be working on all makes and models. They have a tremendous amount of experience and a solid team. They fixed a ton of mistakes I made on my suspension and get me a great alignment on my Lifted BMW X5. 100% recommend them !
