The owner was super knowledgeable and professional. He was able to answer any questions we had, and had some really great, honest recommendations. You could tell right away that he treats his customers with respect. If you're in the market for a new mattress, definitely check it out!

We are remodeling our upstairs and needed 4 mattress sets at one time! We have not shopped for mattresses in a long time, so I consider us very lucky to have decided to shop at Hadley Olivia in San Juan Capistrano. It had great reviews and I liked that it was a local business, not a chain. The manager, Marco Portillo, helped us. I cannot say enough about how easy he made the process for us. Not having shopped for mattresses in 10 years, we didn't realize how much the technology had changed. He educated us on the materials and differences between the different types of mattresses/systems and brands. I felt like he steered us to the best choices, gave us a great deal and outlined what seems to be very good delivery and service options (we haven't taken delivery yet). I would recommend Hadley Olivia to anyone who needs a new mattress.

Prompt and friendly service. Great inventory. Knowledgeable on the differences of materials mattresses are constructed with, firmness/plushness, etc between brands and easily able to narrow down which 2 would work best for me, which helped me quickly decide which one I wanted. Highly recommend!
