Upon entering I was greeted by Loren, who, in 45 minutes had guided me to select a mattress appropriate for me and I purchased it. Loren exhibited extensive knowledge of all the mattresses and was professional and polite throughout our meeting.

I reached out to customer support because I saw that there was only white glove delivery for bedsheets I wanted to order through their website. They got back to me promptly and resolved my issue. Super friendly and nice to work with. The customer service here is 10/10!

Hadley Olivia's offered an excellent selection and great customer service. Ron, our salesman, was very personable, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs. He never pressured us and was very patient. He presented us with many options, and we found the perfect mattress at a great price. Thank you, Ron. Mattress buying experience at this store was really pleasant. Don helped us and was very informative yet patient but not pushy at all. There are so many mattresses to try and they carry really solid brands that have been around for decades and have great warranties. They have very competitive pricing and we are so glad we ended up purchasing our mattress from them.
