Lazy incompetent HOA. Blatant disregard for the residents in the community, instead of worrying about the apartments being rat and cockroach infested they rather have us residents cited for double parking in the street when clearly there is no parking anywhere after 3pm in this community.

The absolutely most dishonest company I have EVER Worked with!!!!! I paid rent on time for 20 years NEVER late and have waited 3 months for my key deposit, last months rent and overpayment of rent. Vanessa and Rick in the office obviously have lied to me and never followed through on multiple requests for my refund. Seriously how can this be so complicated. I'm MORE than furious!

So, they changed their HOA dues at the first of the year. No problem. Payment went from $401 to $411.28. I didn't catch it, so my autodraft (of 6 years with zero late payments) went out at $401. They charged me a $30 penalty for not paying the $411.28. Wife went in and gave them a payment of the $10 to get current....but, she didn't include the $0.28.They just gave me another late fee of $30 for my account not being up to date as it is short $0.28.This is the type of people you get to work with when you chose to work with this company. Shame on Coastal Resource Management.

Im giving them one Star because there's no option for no damn Star.I hate that they are in charge of permits my dad has 3 cars but only one garage so he needs two more permits plus mine thats 3 and they want a driver license for each car I'm like but the owner of the cars is the same he already gave a copy of his driver license and I had mine but they don't care they want 2 more licenses do I didn't get a permit how I'm I gonna get 2 more with our address don't make any sense.

this association sucks all they want money money but they don't help the residence. they should have some exceptions to get a parking sticker. it's not always easy for every one.
