Went to Chase on 3/28/2023 to deposit a cashiers check from Chase. Miao Chen said my check needed to be on hold until the next day. Not sure why this even happened. A cashiers check should be available immediately. So, today 3/29/2023 the funds are not in my account. I spoke with someone in the holds department and she says that my funds won’t be available until 3/30/2023. This is the worst! If I knew this I should of just cashed the cashiers check and then deposited the money into my account. This is such an inconvenience, now I’m on hold with their supervisor Mary who says she is trying to help. If this doesn’t get resolved today, I’m closing my account and taking my business somewhere else. That’s because I was about to open up a business account too. Well not anymore! I will not recommend this bank to anyone.

Why am I being asked for multiple sources of Identification for access to my account. So not only was ID not good enough but I'm verifying with passwords. I might as well walk up to the atm who doesn't see color or ppl, just the customer and his account. I wonder if the other customers who come here besides me get triple verified to take out money ..... wasn't even a lot, not sure if i just won't come to this branch anymore or change banks completely. Disappointed and let down once again with society. 2 thumbs down for this location

So came in today to open a new account..no customers were in the bank..nobody looked up and said a word..5 employees staring at their computers in their offices with the door closed. I asked the teller and she was nice enough to ask a woman in her office to help me..instead asked the teller to get my name and number so someone can call me tomorrow. So I myself was a bank manager for over 30 years and I would never ever ignore a customer less alone have my teller tell a customer to get a name and number since there was no banker there that day. Really? I opened accounts all day long if I didn't have a banker . On a side note..I am a private bank customer with Chase currently..so I guess that is meaningless..I would never bank at this location and upper management should really look into this. Nobody should be ignored when the walk into any business.

Listen, I don't enjoy going into banks. It's just not fun for me. However, Rider is beyond amazing. I was blown away by how professional and kind he was. He was so sweet with my kids. He even gave them piggy banks after we finished up. This Chase bank isn't even the closest one to me, but if I ever needed to go inside a Chase bank again, this one will definitely be the one I will only go to. Seriously, Rider is the best.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Rider! He made what could have been hours of paper work and questions feel like 15 minutes. He is a very helpful individual and made my first chase experience one to remember.

I opened three accounts today at this branch on the recommendation of my sister to work with Rider (misspelled in a previous review) Stark even though there is a branch closer to my home. Rider worked with me to open my accounts, set up the Chase app on my phone, and walk me through all the necessary processes. Rider is a joy to work with. He is not only professionally knowledgeable, he is exceptionally personable (a lost art). Thanks Rider!

This is the nicest and friendliest bank around. They are so helpful and are the first ones to greet you as you come in and they even remember your name. One of them is Ryder. He is the nicest employee there. They are all great too but he is the one I seem to see every time I walk in and he is right there to greet me with a big smile and a wonderful hello. He is just always so helpful. The bank is clean and has coffee there for those that might have to wait a bit to talk to a banker. I am so glad when we moved close to here that the bank that was in our closest shopping center was a Chase!! We have been banking with Chase for a while now. And was extremely happy this one was a Chase.

This bank is new and only has automatic machines like ATMs as tellers. There is a person that welcomes you in and can assist you with the machines, but that doesn't replace the personal face-to-face communication with your teller. It's easy and fast so I'm giving it three stars.

All the employees are nice and polite. They will help you with mostly everything. If you arrive at the last minute to close omg time they will not help you due to policy the bank has and the security alarm I set to self activate once they lockup. This bank has water and coffee for waiting to talk to a worker to help you in anyway he/she can.

This branch is the f****** worse! I love having JP Morgan Chase as my financial bank account. I've visited many branches over the years, but this one in specific has bad customer service! What bank branch doesn't have change for their clients? They told me I couldn't withdraw 200$ in 5$ bills when I had well over 2,000$ in my bank account. What bank would deny clients their own money? This branch does! Multiple times now I have been denied change from my own personal bank account at this establishment in San Juan Capistrano. This is the worst chase I've ever been to. Or shall I say this Chase has the worst employees JP Morgan Chase bank can have.

Chase bank has given me the best experience a bank could. Some really sucky people decided steal some money from me, forcing me to have to cancel my cards and the customer care at chase has been incredibly helpful. Thanks Shervin for all your help.

I called in 2 weeks ago to ask if they had any new bills. Lunar New Year is coming up and traditionally, new bills are considered good luck. I needed to get some for my family and it's really hard to get new bills in my area. I usually have to go to like 4 different banks months ahead of the holiday to find a couple of fresh bills. It's a good thing I work nearby and the Chase Bank is only a 5 minute walk away. I called them, and they didn't have any, however the staff there told me they'll put in an order for me. It wasn't a guaranteed, but I appreciated the effort. They called me on the day the order was supposed to come in, and unfortunately they didn't receive any new bills. Next week, they called me back to let me know that they got lucky and new bills came through and they took my denomination and request by phone. When it came in the next day, they had it all ready in an envelope for me, with the denomination that I gave them over the phone, and my name and phone number all written out. And they even gave me some free extra "red envelopes" for the New Year. They even gave it in the strange combination that I wanted (I wanted it to add up to 888, because that's a lucky number. Fun fact: when China hosted the Olympics on 8/8/8 back in 2008, it was because that's a lucky combination. I felt like Esther and the rest of the staff personally took care of me like a private client. Thank you so much for helping me complete my holiday!
