They have always offered me convenient appointments (even when it was close to tax day and I'm sure they were very busy)! Jean has explained everything to me and answered all of my questions patiently and with exceptional knowledge. He even looked into a matter I had during a previous tax year for me although it was prior to me ever being their client. Their office is conveniently located right off the freeway in San Clemente. It's a little bit of a drive from where I work, but it is worth it. They have plenty of free parking so that's never an issue. They are prompt to respond via text or phone when I reach out to them. I even love the little reminders they send to me during the year - sometimes with a little (useful!) gift like a magnet with a beautiful photo of the pier, a glasses cloth, and a few others. I hate when businesses send you junk that is cheap and ends up in the trash - and this is never the case with these guys! Their fee was very reasonable and affordable.Hopefully I won't always wait until the last minute to call them, but I know if I do, they are still just as friendly and accommodating as if I were calling well before tax day!”

“I was looking for a local tax service in the Mission Viejo area. I found three and the first two were horrible at responding to emails on their website to set up an appointment. Rocia at Dominguez Tax service replied immediately to my request and I had an appointment set in less than 20 minutes online. I had a work trip that changed so I had to reschedule and it was no issue. Rocia made the changes and I came in to my appointment. The office is easy to find. You can see it from via Fabricante street. Plenty of parking too! I arrived 10 minutes early and Alejandro was able to take me in immediately. No wait at all! Alejandro was awesome! He made the whole process very easy even though I didn't have everything I should have i.e. business expenses, 1099 and 1040. I sent him the 1040 from my email and he worked off that. He didn't get irritated that I wasn't prepared and remained cool, calm and collected. At no time did I feel uncomfortable or stupid for not having my proper documents or not knowing what I needed to do. He was very calm and it helped keep my level headed. Seriously, so easy. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. It was way faster than my appointment at another location last year. The price was good as well. I'll be coming back next year for sure!
