We were disappointed repeatedly by this company. I write a check, they ask for $15 higher for some stupid wood pieces after I have it ready to send (for a 3k+ order... please!) I rewrite the check. ZERO communication via e-mail or phone from start to finish, upon receiving this check. The door was promised in 3-4 weeks, but it was over two months. We had no idea when the door was ever ready to even come look at... I called them about 7 times. The installer sent a brief text with a date, no follow-up/reminder the day before with any time frame or instructions. The craftsmanship of the door? The inside top panel (it is a Dutch door) has decent seams and pieces around the four glass panes, while the front appears to be glued together narrow pieces with some gaps. We ordered a paint-grade wood door and even with caulking and paint, the seams are not looking good. The reps there are friendly and nice, but the communication was terrible overall. For what we paid, the door is disappointing. If you order a fiberglass door (no issues with wood craftsmanship) and don't mind waiting a long time (our previous door was almost not functional after new flooring- too tight, a broken handle and wonky code keypad- so waiting an extra month or so was horrible) and having to do all of the communication, go for it.

Tony Vicari at Beach Builders has been amazing to work with! He is thorough and professional from start to finish. Emery Sivak and his associates at Beach Builder’s Supply have given us the kitchen and house of our dreams! As my wife and I began the process of a complete remodel of our home; we agreed that out priorities should be focused on our kitchen- feeling that high-end appliances and cabinets could set the tone for everything else. Our experienced contractor recommended avoiding Big Box store cabinetry and to our everlasting gratitude, pointed us to Beach Builders. He referred to Emery as, “an artist.” My wife and I now agree wholeheartedly with that description. He possesses a sophisticated eye for beauty combined with years of experience in the industry which allow him to present a realistic array of options and materials that offer best design outcomes. Emery worked in lockstep with our Interior Designer even as we threw “Polynesian Soft Modern” curveballs his way and asked him to use bamboo. The results are jaw-dropping to us.We used his team for not only for the kitchen, but the laundry room, family room, master closet, bathrooms and deck. We also purchased our front door system, interior doors and all windows, sliders, baseboards and casings through Emery and the exceptional Tony Vicari. Tony, a man of great integrity and excellence, took the time on several site visits to make sure our selections were correct and appropriate. His attention to detail and experience undoubtedly saved us thousands of dollars. We already miss working with him.Emery’s cabinetry staff was a delight. Carlos and Tiffany, the installers, simply cannot be improved upon. Our whole family loved being around their good spirit, camaraderie and expert craftsmanship. They went to extreme lengths to make sure that our project was done right. Emery’s team is made up of the highest-caliber people.Thank you Beach Builder’s Supply for creating a home we never want to leave!

If you want to be overcharged, over promised and not communicated with, this is the place for you. We were doing a whole house renovation and under some strict timelines. Emery and Tony gave us a time estimate to receive our doors when we placed the order, and never followed up (not even an email). When I finally called and asked about the delay, Emery told me it was out of his hands; sorry. He would not even call the manufacturer to see if we could get a rush. Also, we paid in FULL, which was non-refundable. We were stuck with these people that would not even pick up the phone to me or the manufacturer to try and resolve. Nice customer service. To make things even better, the doors show up and the slider (a $10k+ item), did not fit and we had to do a major overhaul of the wall so it would fit. That tells me they don't even know their own products. They came out to measure and that would have been a good time to tell me or the contractor about the special consideration of the door. This team is just order takers with no sense of responsibility to their customers. I regret giving them any business and would warn others as well.

Emory and Tony are UNBELIEVABLY GOOD PEOPLE. i mean that in EVERY WAY. I had a problem with a Marvin Sliding door because I did NOT have it installed properly and should have hired someone with experience with This Product; However they supported me in every way they possibly could; from ordering the door, now to the finished product, they are SERVICE Oriented, passionate about What they Do, and have a Wide Array of Options for all your building Needs. if you like unusual doorknobs, or handles for your cabinets, I suggest you look at their displays, they are creative and AWESOME. Also their windows and doors and their valuable input on what they have and what's on the market. There is NO pressure selling, just good clean moral people, telling you "like it is"....They Deserve 10 stars in my opinion....Because People like them who represent a Company of This Caliber...are few and far between. Thank You!!!! Also would like to thank Lance, the Marvin Window Rep for his kind help, knowledge and experience in all his help in my behalf. I was referred to Beach Builders because I was looking for hard to find weather stripping for some Pella doors. The customer service that followed was in one word, awesome. Not only did they find the part but referred me to a site I could order the part.

Beach Builders Supply is the local spot to shop for all your needs. They have knowledge and Are very helpful. Which is what a lot of So County Building supply claim to have, but they don't . I know this I was in this business for over 16 years. Thanks for opening your store.

I buy at Beach Builders Supply on a regular basis. They have a lot of products in stock but I can order anything I need through them. Emery ,Phyllis and Jerry are the greatest!
