Madison helped us and we can't say enough about her. Outstanding service, helpful, informative, personable.... The property is clean, and secure. We feel very good about leaving our belongings there. We had looked at another place and just didn't feel good about it. We are so glad we went here!

Came in to this location for a 5x5 on the ground level, even though I wasn't able to rent here the help and information Jenn provided was above and beyond my expectations, friendly, professional and informative. Would recommend this location purely on my experience with this employee. The grounds where kept clean and location is right off to he highway.

Nice facility, clean and easy to use.
Be aware that you may not be able to get a refund on any “unused” storage time, unless you arrange to pay “prorated”, before you vacate the space.

The facility is Nice. Clean. AC. Reasonable priced. Easy access to the freeway.Office manager lady communicated well and very friendly and helpful. Like other reviews had stated, she made the rental process easy. Highly recommended.

Our family has had a great experience at A1 San Juan Capistrano over the past few years. The facility and units are all clean and the staff in the front office are professional and kind (special shout-out to Sarah who made our most recent rental process a breeze!)This isn't the closest storage facility to our apartment but it is right off of the 5 freeway which makes it easy to get to regardless of where you live in Southern OC.100% recommend to anyone looking for a clean, safe and no-hassle storage facility!

Stay away from A1, every location will jack up your rates after 6 months. Especially in this area there are several other storage providers, all of which are better than this one.
