JD is truly professional windshield repair specialist. JD was very professional and punctual. He informed us about his travel and arrival window accurately. Upon arrival, he examined the windshield, notified me that it was a surface scratch and does not require repair. I offered payment, and he kindly rejected my offer. He mentioned not to worry, it’s all a part of his job. JD is a true professional, and I highly recommend his services to anyone seeking windshield repair.

JD was excellent. He was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He even didn’t charge us for a diagnostic. We will definitely call back when we need a windshield repaired.

Got a rock chip one day after getting my windows tinted. I found and messaged 911 windshield repair and got an appointment set up in less than an hour.Once J.D. got to my house to do the repair he was in and out in about 10 minutes I can't even find where the rock chip was.Thank you J.D. Tuesday April 18th, A stupid Rock hits my windshield. I'm SUPER pissed. I called 911 Windshield, JD answered, he penciled me in same day at the end of the day. Got it done in a reasonable amount of time. 10 minutes? I mean comon. You're great JD! Thank you man. He arrived on time as well! Very communicative, and friendly.

JD is a lifesaver. Responded within 3 minutes of me inquiring on Yelp at 6-7pm on a Sunday. Ended up getting me a quote and came to me the next day at work. Great dude to chat with and finished the work within minutes. Had a pretty nasty chip on a brand new car and it's nearly invisible from the outside and barely visible from the inside. Really fast service! Only thing is I wished I was warned that it wasn't going to fix it 100% like some of these photos made it out to be. I will be replacing the windshield.

We were leaving town when my wife's windshield got a large crack, and we wanted it replaced straight away. I requested a price, and they responded in less than 10 minutes with a fantastic quote! I called to see whether it was in stock, and it was! I came in and everything was completed immediately! Excellent service with no issues! I will absolutely return for all of my auto glass needs!

At night, the vent window was damaged, so I called several auto glass shops for estimates. They got back to me quickly and in a professional manner. I immediately scheduled an appointment. The technician arrived on schedule and completed the task in 20-25 minutes.I'll contact you again when I need my front window shield replaced.

On my way to work yesterday, I got a chip in my windshield, which quickly turned into a crack across the entire glass. I requested a quote and received a response quickly. They even went out of their way to assist me when I mentioned that I had a second vehicle in need of a new windshield. They came to work two days in a row and looked after both of my vehicles. I'm delighted with them and would suggest them to anyone.
