This could be a great gym, if they cleaned. It is soo dirty. I saw used paper towels on a stair master machine for a week. No one cleaned it up. Please clean! I see people who work at gym reading books, texting. Put the phone and book down and pick up some trash! Please just hire someone to clean. 24 hour fitness is a huge corporation, but have no staff to clean this large facility.

Hey folks, been a member for years, but I didn't understand why they would have a policy like this. Apparently this was leaked, or so I heard, and if it's true, I'm very disappointed because that's not EQUAL at all. If you care about this, please let your voice be HEARD. WE should all ask management to show us this policy, it shouldn't be secret, and see if it's really true.
Like, why are you just allowed to wear symbols promoting specific, very polarizing and extreme movements, but you need permission from management to have anything about America or American flag? I am a U.S. Marine and I'm willing to die for this country. Why do workers at 24 hour fitness have to ask permission to wear an American Flag Pin, the country I signed up to get killed for, that they live in. I'm willing to die for their right to promote BLM but they can't wear an American flag pin to support me dying for their right to promote BLM???

Coming from a CrossFit background I was nervous about a big Gym vibe, I met with Ben the manager and was blown away by the community and friendly demeanor of everyone, including members. I signed up for Modus a add on circuit training small class with a coach and couldn’t be happier. The coaches and people in class are so supportive and fun to be around. I wish I had found 24hr sooner! The facility itself is clean and inviting. 5 Star for me

For a new gym, allot of things are broken. The place is not cleaned regularly, and the floors in the locker room are disgusting.

Sauna is clean not as bad and smelly as other locations. I recommend avoiding peak hours 2pm - 6pm, gets too close for comfort with no machines available. Overall welcoming environment. It’s my preferred gym

New member review about bodypump class. The instructor Janee is great and probably that's a reason the bodypump class on November 30 is SO crowded ! Arrived today at 8:55 and took the last step platform.Definitely were more than 60 people in the class, therefore LACK of equipments and SAFETY measures! When I enrolled ONLY for classes, sales rep said that there are around 35 people in class.During the class I was hurt by a man who was caring 2 huge dumbbells in one hand (between exercises, despite that the instructor asked not to do) because it's dangerous in limited space!Disappointed and my hip hurts! Please consider limiting people in a class or open another bodypump class before som else gets hurt in your gym!

I've been meaning to write this review for a year. So I'm taking the time after my work out to sit in my car and say that Ben Grant, you are so friendly and kind. Your smile every single time I walk in and out is contagious. And you do it to EVERY SINGLE PERSON. It's good to see that good customer service still exists! Almost all staff follow your footsteps, and welcomes every person in with a smile, and greets them on the way out as well. It may be hard to tell, but we all really do appreciate it! I actually get bummed when I don't get a smile and have a nice day on my way out. But that is rare! You are all awesome! Thanks for keeping our gym clean as well! So so important!!
