I enjoy coming here. The selection is on par with a Goodwill. Don't expect too many high value items, like in other antique shops in town. But you'll find something interesting, if you take your time. It is small and packed with inventory. Most things are reasonably priced. If you're planning on selling something, I'd suggest coming on Monday's after 11am. Come with patience, since one lady does the buying and there is usually a few people selling. I have sold a few things and was offered on par or slightly more $$$ than I had expected. Very fair.

Hands down best place to buy or sell if you are wanting to be realistic. Great up front help that makes your day just better, and the busy ones behind the scenes are never too busy to help with a smile. Great prices on great items and huge selection on their ebay store as well. TTK die hard for life.

Great service, no frills pawn shop. Perfect spot for local finds with a great changing inventory.

This is a pretty terrible thrift store/pawn shop right off the downtown part of san juan bautista. Unusually for the area, it has it's own tiny private parking in front with room for three to five vehicles depending on size and parking competence. In the highly unusual case that this lot is full, street parking nearby is no issue at all. This is a medium ish sized space divided both logically and physically into a junk retail side and a buying counter. The buying counter is for gold and silver as the staff are both not particularly versed in valuation or allowed to make purchasing decisions. If you want to sell expect to be dramatically low balled and to have to make at least two trips, possibly more. As far as the retail side goes, well it's junk. A wide assortment of stuff that'd be hard to sell at a garage sale and which isn't particularly useful. Broken tools, incomplete sets of anything, unwatchable dvd's, wetsuits with holes in them, that sort of stuff. Nothing at all of any real interest or value. Not recommended either for the casual browser or seller.

Thrift stores are my favorite kind of entertainment, this place almost always has something new and interesting. Great deals!

Cannot recommend TTK, they are very disorganized with a lack of communications. The owner is the ONLY person who makes decisions and a person is never able to talk to her! I had a very bad experience with them and ended up taking a truck load of items they had agreed to buy to Goodwill in Hollister. Which BTW IS very well organized!

Unbelievable unreal. "We Buy anything of Value" wrong !!! Waste of time effort.. Mgm't snobbish without knowledge of customer service or value. A discredit to San Juan. Qualifies as Junk bargain store and not reflecting the quality shops and merchants found in San Juan Bautista. Go elsewhere. Don't waste your time. Unlike any reputable pawn store visited.

Recently, this thrift shop was robbed of its sterling silver and gold jewelry. I was shocked to hear this. The people who run this store are very nice and give very good deals to their customers. Why some sleazy person would want to steal from this store does not make sense to me. I hope they catch the criminal that did this. Maybe, this criminal was considering reselling the jewelry on Ebay or at a local swapmeet. Well, I am sure each jewelry piece that was stolen has been recorded on their database and if the thief considers suddenly to sell a bunch of these pieces, he or she will get caught. Pros: -always can find great deals here -family owned and run thrift store (not too many around) -friendly staff -great selection of jewelry esp. Cons: -a few things can be pricey but occasionally they may go down on prices esp. if you plan to by more then one item or the item has been there for a while
