  We had a wonderful experience working with my agent Mehdi Kousha and Zaid Hanna. Both of them are very knowledgeable. I met Mehdi during open house at Evergreen, San Jose almost an year ago. He has been very patient through out this year long journey. Finally, we bought a beautiful remodeled house in Fremont in December 2023. Mehdi is always above and beyond. He is like a friend who wants us to buy a good house rather than buying something because of pressure of losing bids. Mehdi guided us through this journey very patiently, explaining each and everything till closing and ready to support after closing too. He explained me how important to get underwritten pre-approval, followed up with me. He always sees the house before making an offer, made multiple trips to Milpitas and Fremont, never compromises on quality of upgrades and other minute details. I am proud to say he is my friend, not my agent.

  Shilpa came to us highly recommended via referral and we had a great experience especially as first time home buyers. We interviewed quite a few realtors and their references. And what really stood out for us was that they have a strategy to get you to win in the competitive bay area market which can be writing good letters or bidding correct amount or finding a good deal.Shilpa was very patient in understanding our needs and requirements. We liked that she could tell us the potential of a house and what renovations/updates we can make, and how much they would cost on average. That helped us decide faster and narrow down our choices. She also not very pushy and works with the pace of her clients. She was always available to answer any questions we had and even gave us a crash course in understanding the seller disclosures. Overall, our buying journey was extremely smooth thanks to Shilpa, Zaid and their team.Highly recommend them if you're looking for help with your home purchase.

  We had a great experience working with Derek Duncan from the Hanna group. We met Derek in an open house. As were looking for a buyer's agent, we spoke with Derek and he understood what we wanted. We then had a chat with Zaid as well to understand the buying process and how the Hanna group works. After that we decided to go with Derek as he understood what we wanted.Derek was very patient in the whole process. It took us more than one year to buy our house. We were visiting open houses almost every weekend with Derek. Before coming to the open house Derek would research about the house and find out details like ownership, renovations etc. Often Derek would come to the house 15 minutes prior to the meeting time and would tour the house so that he could tell us better when we looked together. As we grew frustrated with the whole process, Derek would encourage us to keep looking. He was kind and gentle to point us that certain houses were not the ones that fit our criteria and we should not bid for them in a frenzy.Once we bid for a house with contingency as there was no inspection report. After the inspection report we found that we had to spend upwards of 100k to get the house to a state we liked. We decided not to pursue the house despite pressure from the seller's agent. Derek and Zaid were very supportive of this and did not pressure us in any way.Finally our bid was accepted for a house we liked. The team was super helpful in helping us close. The sent step by step instructions on what to do next. I would highly recommend Derek and the Hanna Group.

  We worked with Zaid Hanna for buying our home and we had a great experience working with him. The first impression we had of Zaid is that he is data driven, has extensive knowledge of San Jose and surrounding areas and so we decided to work with him. Once we started working with him we realized that he takes time to understand the clients needs and creates a detailed plan for the team(buyers and him) to work against. He is honest, always wants the best for his clients and is data driven. Zaid will never push you to buy a house. He will infact pushback if he sees his clients getting desperate during the home buying process. Once we were in the offer stages we realized there was a huge advantage of working with Zaid - his relationships with other agents which was one of the reasons we got the house.I need to mention this that once we bought the house we had to go out of the country for a month and had some repairs in progress. Zaid took care of all of it although i know he had multiple other initiatives running in parallel because he sensed we were worried on our plan of action to get the house in order. He went above and beyond until we came back to coordinate with fumigation, general contractors, pge...Zaid cares deeply for his clients and i highly recommend him.

  After spending hours online searching for a realtor I could trust, I found Zaid Hanna Group through Yelp and Google search. After my initial meeting with Zaid and Nini, I knew that I found the right realtors to help me through this complicated house buying process.I had a specific wish list for my search and Nini delivered. She was very patient, caring, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable and insightful about the market and on point with offers. After 1.5 months of searching, Nini found just the perfect home for me. It checked off almost everything on my wish list. She connected me with Michael Miyakusu (lender from Wells Fargo) who assisted with the loan process.   Working with Zaid was a pleasure. He helped me navigate the challenging and competitive market that we are in. I was very specific about the neighborhood I wanted to purchase in and Zaid help facilitate my needs. We were able to get he house we wanted, within budget while competing with competitive bids. Zaid's in-depth knowledge of the market and area helped me manage my expectations and find right house for me. He and his teams are extremely quick, efficient and professional.   I was fortunate to work with Zaid personally on a recent real-estate transaction. I was referred to Zaid by one of my colleagues. Our relationship started with an exploratory meeting at Zaid's office. I mostly work in my life with individuals who are similar in approach to me. Our meeting went well. I did interview atleast one more agent. Besides being a referral, the thing that stood out about Zaid is his passion about what he is doing and I resonated with comment that he made in our first meet up "I love winning and I hate losing". As a buyer in this transaction, it really meant a lot to me. Now that our transaction has been closed, the key attributes where Zaid shined for me, he is always available for you (we discussed offers as late as 10pm), he knows the market/neighborhoods very well, he is easy to work with (In our case, my spouse was remote, there were a lot of 3-way conf calls, many video calls), he is patient, he wont push you (we walked out of open houses as soon as we entered a place as it would not suite my eyes), he is well known in Industry, majority of open houses that we visited together, the other agents knew him well, he has an eco system around him, I end up using his loan broker and it was an absolute pleasure to work with his loan broker, I am currently working with a contractor for renovation and he is Zaid's referral. Finding a house in this competitive and low inventory market is a huge challenge. We made offers to 2 houses that weren't accepted. In each of those offers, Zaid guidance was spot-on. He absolutely knew what it would take to close those houses. Even though it was a transaction, but I do believe I have found someone that I can trust, who is genuine and sincere, who believes in long term relationship and someone that I would be in some form of relationship for rest of my life. In summary, if you are in market for real estate transaction, if you are with Zaid, you can be rest assured "you are in good hands"!!!

The home we closed on had 22 other offers and we were able to get it only because Shilpa strategized and helped us put an offer that was too good for the seller to refuse (*we paid fair market value for this house and it was the only offer we made*)Shilpa has built great relationships within the real estate industry in the Bay Area and helps her clients get the best. She is welcoming, knowledgeable and a thorough professional.During our first meeting, she walked us through the general market in the Bay Area, costs involved in renting vs buying & real estate 101 for first timers like us. Shilpa had a detailed chat with us to understand our lifestyle, budget etc. & set up the search for us as per our exact requirements.   We found Zaid's real estate 38 through yelp. The reviews looked promising and they were absolutely accurate! From the minute we got in touch with Zaid, everything was so smooth and organized. It began with a background call where zaid listened to all our preferences and guided us. We were first time home buyers and had so many questions, all of which were answered patiently. We then met shilpa who was our agent who exceeded expectations. She was very organized, honest and quick in her responses. She came to several open houses with us and answered any questions we had. When we found our dream home, shilpa and the team moved so quickly! She helped us close on the house at a price lower than asking, which is amazing in the Bay Area! We are so grateful to the team for guiding us and helping us find our first home!
