Friendly staff and good quality products. We had great experience working with Crystal. She is very knowledgeable. This location is less crowded than the KZ kitchen in Montague Exp Sanjose one. So I would recommend go visit the warehouse and come back to north 1st location for final purchase with your selection.

Great experience working with Crystal on redesigning my kitchen and bathrooms. She was very responsive to any changes we needed and provided great customer service. Good quality material. I am glad I found Z Design Center and now my kitchen and bathrooms looks stunning.

What a wonderful experience we had with Crystal W. at Z Design Center. She helped us procure all materials from cabinets, countertops, tiles, etc that completely transformed the interior of my newly constructed house into a showpiece model home. Combining with Charles L.'s professional crew from Z Design Construction made the delivery of my project timely and cost-efficiently. Highly recommended.

Fantastic place for all quality levels and from my extensive amount of time spent shopping different competing stores I must express how impressed I was with their ability to hold prices so low. Overall my best go to place for Flooring, Cabinets and counter tops. Great Staff, always friendly and put out good effort to assist with design layouts and product solutions. Thank you staff at KZ Kitchens for being there through a difficult first timer remodel. Im now enjoying many of your products in my home.

We recently remodeled our kitchen through z design. Charles and his team were very professional through the project. Charles was always reachable and made sure he communicated with us all the time, setting our expectations on the progress each day. The team of workers were also very kind and went about their work without causing much disturbances to people living in the house. The work was finished on time and the final look of our kitchen is exactly what we had wished for. Will definitely recommend charles and team and look forward to working with them In our future projects too!

We have recently done our kitchen remodeling with Charles and his team before moving into the new property. It was really easy to communicate with Charles (I didn't realize how important this is in the beginning, especially when the project needs to be completed by certain date) over the period of the project. He was responsive, and also patient to answer questions from us with all the details. Our experience of selecting the materials were also quite positive. As some other reviewers mentioned, the pricing was reasonable and transparent. We also needed to replace our dishwasher after the project was done, and Charles sent Bing to complete the task the very next day we asked for it, which was quite impressive and helpful.

Charles and his team were amazing. He finished the entire remodel within 10 days. I concur with the other reviews regarding Charles communication during the entire process. There were no unexpected charges during the entire process. Charles's pricing was transparent, reasonable, and fair. Like most remodeling, minor issues popped up after the remodel was finished. Charles and his team fixed the issues immediately even though it was the day after Thanksgiving!

In order to sell our house in San Jose, we needed to remodel our outdated kitchen. Our realtor referred us to Charles with Z Design Construction. Charles came out and did a bid and was able to start the remodel the next week. Charles and Bing, the construction foreman, was always in communication with us with every step. They came out to finish the job on a Sunday. We were constantly calling Charles and Bing with questions and every time they would get back to us and/or come to our home. The Kitchen remodel was a big plus in selling our home in 3 weeks! Very happy and satisfied with Charles, Bing and their Crew. Thanks so much!

Overall we are satisfied with the work Charles and his team provided on our rental property. We had a tight schedule and Charles' team was able to complete a whole house remodel within 3 months. Communications have been good. We found couple issues after the job is done and Charles' team come by and resolved quickly. I feel comfortable to recommend Charles.

We are very satisfied with the services provided by Charles and his team. Charles is very easy to communicate with and always approachable. We had our kitchen cabinets and house flooring remodeled lately. Kitchen hexagon floor tiles were done perfectly by Mr. Hu, and electrician Mr. Chen was exceptionally detail-oriented. Mr. Chao is the most experienced carpenter I've ever worked with. His custom made bar countertop is such a masterpiece. We highly recommend Charles and his team and will definitely choose Z Design for future projects.

Charles and his team did a PHENOMENAL job on my little studio. The job entailed putting in new engineered hardwood floor on top of the existing epoxy one and repainting the walls. The transformation was day and night. Charles communicated very clearly and finished the job before schedule. I was extremely happy with the result. I will certainly refer him to my friends and family and do business with him again in the future.
