This is a great store for getting high quality water bottles, coolers, and travel bags. The staff was very friendly and they even gave a free gift a bottle opener and water bottle as promotion.

It all started with a YETI thermos. Then a YETI lunch box cooler, and I was hooked. Happy to see so many YETI items in one place here and all the different colors. I typically order their products online, but it's nice to actually touch and feel their products before purchasing.YETI is known for their high quality materials in their products. I want a YETI cooler, which supposedly keeps ice for something like over a week. And those cool colors too!The one downside about their products is that they tend to be heavier and bulkier compared to similar products. That's due to the much higher quality materials used, but it can be an issue nonetheless.Speaking of quality and durability, they have a cooler on display that a bear tried unsuccessfully to tear into. I must say, that IS impressive! In terms of value, it's not inexpensive. Sure, a styrofoam cooler technically works too. But you get what you pay for. If anyone wants to buy me a Christmas gift, anything from YETI would be great! lol

I like Yeti bottles, but their customer service is the worst and not helpful.

A large collection of Yeti ice cooler. We didn't buy any but was impressed to see so many fancy options available from added cushions, cup holders, and other accessories to unique colors, of all sizes from lunch box to full cooler with large handles and all terrain wheels. Nested in the beautiful Santana Row. If you are like us and wondered why is YETI so popular, here's a perfect place to look at it in person

My visit to the Yeti store in San Jose was infuriating! Their checkout process dragged on forever, and their misguided attempt to copy Apple's cashier-less system was a total disaster. What's absolutely maddening is the lack of price tags on various items, especially their backpacks. And don't get me started on those stickers glued to the bottom of their bottles – they're practically impossible to remove! This place is a shopping nightmare.

Great Friendly Service!!I came not knowing what yeti was and left the store like a knowledge expert. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. After looking around the store My wife and I convinced ourselves to purchase couple of bottles online ( Engraved) but left with a hat in the new color Power Pink! Store was absolutely beautiful I will be returning soon with family and friends. Overall experience was perfect!

(Ben Stiller voiceover)The vibe is dedicated YETI store on Santana Row!Nathan warmly greeted me.And yes, many of you don't know that even though Tom Cruise looks just like me, I beat him for the lead in Tropic Thunder. I love the comprehensive selection of all things Yeti. This was a very very dangerous store for me to enter because I love overbuilt simple things.Kindly excuse me as I thump my chest and growl in happiness at the robustness of Yeti products. These products would likely hold up well to the rigors of camping, beach parties, monsoons in some tropical jungle where pandas roam, or crazed adult toddlers. Had to leave with a lawnblanket for when...you know....an emergency picnic happens to spontaneously occur to me. Will try out their new chic travel luggage as well. Thanks, Nathan!Would buy everything again.Woohoo!

Didnt' realize the Amazon book store closed down some time go so decided to pay a visit. I am not exactly a fan of Yeti products, I have only seen them around and it seems to be a very reliable brand. I am aware every single product here is built to last a long time and keep your stuff cold for who knows how long. The interior is nice and trendy so you can't say anything bad about that.My issue is..the prices...they are really selling single hats/caps for 30 dollars each??? That's a mind twister, YETI's prices for all of their products are very high. Maybe there is a need for this kind of higher quality productline, however there are a lot of alternative product choices besides YETI that still get the job done.Figure out what works for you

First off--I am a BIG Yeti fan and have far too many Yeti products--they are built to last just as their slogan states. However this new Yeti store in the fancy Santana Row outdoor walking mall is a letdown. It is a cool modern store with a decent amount of products around. Yet I unfortunately can NOT reasonably recommend people to visit this retail store (unless your bored and want to check it out as I did) because of the following: 1. They can NOT order products for you that are not in stock in the store. "Huh???" was my reaction when the store reps told me this. Isn't this a retail store for customers to buy Yeti stuff from ? 2. They could not use my Yeti Gift Card to buy anything in the store! "Huh???" was my second reaction when they told me this. The Yeti retail store reps told me that "this is really just a product show room and they can't help place alot of orders." Makes me ask a "**** question:" why spend hundreds of thousands of dollars opening a fancy pants retail store to customers, but not be able to ACTUALLY sell most products to customers? What kind of "not-smart" business model is this???Trust me, there is a much bigger selection at the Ace Hardware store in Menlo Park than this Yeti only store in Santana Row.

Horrible customer service!I recently bought the yeti rambler 1/2 gallon jug from this store and one of the in store clerks even filled it with water for me. Later that day, I noticed that the jug was leaking from the lid so I immediately went back to the store to get it replaced.I asked for a refund or a replacement at the least and they said no, it will have to be a warranty. Yeti has a 30 day return policy for items that are returned in the original packaging. This “original packaging” is nothing more than a paper sleeve that goes around the outside of the bottle which I replaced but they still wouldn’t take it.Don’t buy from here! You are better off buying a yeti product from a 3rd party retailer that has actual customer service.

Sophie and Sophia are the best! So kind and knowledgeable. Helps remember their names, being so similar and all, but ask for either of them. Can get you whatever you may need.

We love this store! The staff is amazing and so helpful. It’s so convenient to finally have a yeti dedicated store instead of hoping our local outdoors store will have a good selection. I know some people complain about the price point, but you get what you pay for. We’ve taken our yeti gear camping, hiking and kayaking over the years and it is still going strong. Our favorite travel hack is taking a crossroads backpack and panga duffle on the plane so we can avoid checking a bag. They have great gear for our dogs too, enjoy!

Male staff in front was rude, unfriendly, no smile, no “hello” nor a “anything you are looking for?” kept following us to “fix” anything we looked at or touched. To put it frankly, We felt very profiled by him since we are tattooed brown people. We did in fact make a purchase but we made sure to be helped by the polite and cheerful female associate who greeted us in the back. Also, it was not clear where to check out. Will be coming back despite the semi-negative experience because it’s so nice to buy in store rather than online.
