I ordered with them two prior times with no problems. This time I had some missing gel colors but was able to get this sorted out with Rachel quickly. I want to leave this review here to thank her for being extremely helpful.

I love all the colors that I ordered. Unfortunately, one of my gel polishes was damaged during transit. I notified them right away on a Friday. It took them until Tuesday to respond, but I understand they don’t work on the weekend. Once I got their email, it was quick resolution. I got my replacement in three days.
