Superb! I showed up 20 minutes before closing with 2 watches that needed batteries and 1 needing a repair to the strap. They finished all 3 tasks right then and charged a very affordable fee. Great service, great work, I'd never go anywhere else.

Went here to get my Rolex appraised for insurance purposes. Son was super friendly and super knowledgeable, and he was super quick. I’ll definitely be back next time I need help with my watch, I recommend him over the Rolex dealer in Valley Faire

oof! make sure you count your fingers after you shake his hand. he wanted $400 for a vintage Zodiac automatic overhaul (the going rate is $250!) when it only needed to have the regulator adjusted, which I've now done myself. The watch is back to keeping perfect time! my whole collection of watches was overhauled in the year before pandemic by a reputable watch maker. holy hell, I wish there was accountability like with car repair...

Went for a battery change, they did it really quickly and professionally. The price was also reasonable, $15 for one replacement. I wanted to remove one link from my watch strap too, they took care of it for free!

Have been a customer at World Time for 15 years and three locations. Their service is beyond excellent. I have watches from TAG-Heuer, Omologato and Torgoen and all have been serviced by the technicians here in a timely and efficient way. They are friendly and helpful and made me laugh last time when I took in a new TAG-Heuer automatic watch with a unique design. Everyone in the work area was crowded around and looking at my watch. I asked if there was something wrong? "no" they replied "we never saw a watch like that before" big smiles all around A great place......

Great service! Brought watch to remove some links and change a battery for another watch and service took a total of 10 minutes! Technician and owner were very polite and had a multitude of complementary beverages for guests. Overall great experience and fairly priced service.

I saw great reviews for this shop. Stopped by to replace a battery in one watch, replaced a strap in another, and replaced a battery in a 3rd. Took only 15 minutes and charged $70.

Husbands Rolex had bad condensation and water inside, this shop was able to make it look absolutely clean. polished and looking refresh on his wrist again. They kept me updated and finished faster than expected. The price was much more reasonable than other places. Highly recommend them to clean your watches.
