Today I was at the store and I wanted to try a dress that was on the manikin because that was the last size on it and the girl of the name yocelin that work there say that she will give it to me only if I was going to buy it. And I told her that I wanted to try it first . For me they should not have people work at the store with that kind of manners. ? I am so disappointed.

Been shopping here for awhile and it's def a hit or miss. Usually staff is super friendly and always greeting me, and saying, " if you need anything for any occasion let me know!" I've never had an issue with getting fitting rooms even when I had the max amount of clothes to try on. Sometimes I wouldn't even buy anything but no one was ever disrespectful. Anyways-- I haven't been here for awhile. But after today's encounter, I won't be back. I was waiting for a fitting room, there was no line at the time, but all the fitting rooms was all filled. The worker said, it was all filled but she would let me know once one opens. So I was like okay! I'll just be around the shoes / the $7 dollar sale area. (Either way I really wasn't that far). I had came back, and a fitting room just opened up and I saw two girls in line. Then she saw me standing there and proceeded to let the girl in. THEN asked me if I was waiting for a room and then said there was a line?! If you saw me come back, before even letting that other girl in, you could have told the girl who was waiting (not even that long) that I was waiting BEFORE her, which I was. She NEVER told me to wait and form a line, otherwise I would have been first OR ask my bf to stand in the "invisible" line for me. How are you going to say to form a line AFTER you had told me you would let me know when a fitting room would be available? It would be different if the store was much bigger but I can literally see her standing next to the doors like 10 feet away, talking on the walkie. So no thanks, I'm never returning. She kept trying to defend the situation saying I left. LEFT WHERE?? 10 feet away?? You literally can see me in eyes view. You can see the whole store when you walk in! It's not that big.

Thank you Mariana for your awesome customer service! I was having doubts about a dress that I bought from a different store, and Mariana was able to offer a solution for me rather than just leaving me to deal with it. She was also helping in giving me some tips about under garments for wearing a white dress that may be slightly see-thru. The downside of the visit was their selection wasn't the greatest but out of the tea member's hand.

I gotta say I love the customer service that Yocelin have given me when I needed help.. she was very enthusiastic about picking out the right top for me.. she also was very patience with me even though I tried on so many pieces and didn't like how it looks on me! It took awhile and I finally found a top that looks good on me! Thank you again Yocelin!!

My daughter's go-to store for formal dresses. There is a large selection of different styles and many colors to choose from. The workers seem standoff-ish but once you ask for help, they are always quick to do so. My daughter ordered a dress online recently and had no trouble returning it in store. The return process was quick and easy. We will be coming here again for her next dress purchase.

I had such a pleasant experience working with the manager and associates at the Eastridge Windsor store. Basically my daughter ordered a dress from the Oakridge Windsor store due to them not having her size. When she received the dress there was a small hole in it. After Oakridge Windsor told us that Eastridge had the dress I called and spoke to either Alexis, Mariana, or Jennifer. I wish I knew who I spoke to because she was extremely helpful in not only locating the dress and putting it on hold for me but also checked the dress to make sure it was in perfect condition. She was extremely professional, engaging, patient, and knowledgeable about what my options were. When I went to pick up the dress, the manager, Fernanda, was also extremely helpful and apologetic for the inconvenience. She also gave a discount for the inconvenience. Although the prom selection at this store is minimal, the staff sure does make up for it. Fernanda was also very knowledgeable about other needed items and gave great suggestions. Management sure got it right hiring these ladies! I also hope that the yelp score goes up once people visit this store and get the pleasure of interacting with these helpful knowledgeable ladies.

On my journey to find the perfect dress for my little sister's Quinceañera, I went to 3 Windsor locations in 1 day and this one was by far the most organized and most helpful ! Dress shopping can be quite stressful and so far my dress hunting experience was not going my way to say the least. From the moment I entered the store, I felt at ease with the way the layout was set up. The 2 employees, Alexia and Fernanda, were VERY determined to find THE DRESS ! They gave input and the confidence needed for me to say YESSSSS to the dress (: They did a fantastic job and beyond that they also found accessories and heels to compliment the dress. I came in towards the end of the day so I was extremely appreciative that they weren't rushing me but instead did everything in their power to go above and beyond. I finally found my outfit for the Quinceañera and I couldn't have done it without them !!

Spent over $300 at Windsor and wanted to return a top which Hernanda, the store manager, refused to take due to "wear." Never wore it. Has the tags and was returned just over 2 weeks which means it was store credit. I'm not even getting my money back. Btw that top came from the stores mannequin as it was the last size so if there's any wear then it's from how you handle the clothes. So crazy to me how some people choose to run their business. A top that's only 30 bucks and yet you want to make a fuss of not taking it back lol. Posting pics to show the "wear"

Windsor always has some cute & trendy pieces that won't hurt your bank. The girls here were so nice to me & helped me pick out a few outfits for my upcoming trip. They also have prom/cocktail dresses that are priced reasonably too. This location is supposedly bigger than Oakridge.
