The staff of the Windsor at Westfield Valley Fair was so bad to deal with the return policy with bad trainings. The material of the green short dress is not good as well but cost $50. They are easier to get loose and easier to adhesive tiny dusts on it. It affected the conditions for return. They also denied it was the bad material.The training they got are different for the return policy. One of them could accept the credit of cards, the other one just gave the gift cards.

Trina and Kim are my go to girls whenever I have events. Everytime they always ask where I'm going or what's the occasion. They pick out a bunch of stuff help me step out of my comfort zone and I just keep coming back. The service is amazing and I'm a very loyal shopper. Thanks for always helping me lady's

The collection and customer service is excellent. Valerie, Joanna and Masone all helped me yesterday. The employees have Nordstrom standards on how to assist with searching for the right item and not giving up till customer is happy

Some of the dresses are pretty but they are too shiny, which makes them very uncomfortable to wear, especially at the top.

I'd give this store zero stars if I could. The staff in here are rude AF....especially the person working the fitting room during our visit on 4/13/23. She was the worse one. I asked her two questions and each time she gave me a rude response. I felt like I couldn't even ask for help because they acted like they were being bothered. Damn, isn't that their job? Sorry I came in to patronize your store. Anyway...I called the day before to hold two dresses for my daughter and explained that we are over an hour away. I was told by Kim (who was helpful - that one mandatory star is for her) that it was no problem and that they can hold it until 5pm the next day. So we come in the following day and guess what? They put them back on the racks. Thank goodness the sizes my daughter wanted to try on were still in stock otherwise it would have been a waste of time and gas. The store manager needs to give their employees an attitude check and some training in customer service.

Really poor customer service. If you buy mailorder and pay via paypal they wont credit you. They dont disclose on checkout.

Very rude staff. I walked in more than 40min before they closed, but for some reason they were closing the fitting rooms 30min early. I was told by the same worker twice that the fitting rooms were closing soon, which I understood and would have been done by then, but did not appreciate the attitude. And there were about 5 other people in the fitting room who weren’t done either. I felt rushed and felt like there are better ways to go about letting your customers know the fitting rooms are closing soon. I have worked in retail for years and have never treated customers that way. Very disappointing.

I had to make a few online items return today. The sales associate was friendly and nice. I've never had an issue coming to this store. They have a large variety of clothes and dresses to choose from compared to the great mall location. Their store is relevantly alway clean. I would definitely recommend this location.
