I no longer care to leave a 5 stars. Sometime people can befriend you just to use you for there benefits. I will never trust anyone. People there take avanage of those who are less fortunate thst it lead one to believe death is a better option then living. My experience with any storages that management is not your friend or anyone who works there. I lost a lot and no longer care about losing any more. Something need to change but that not my problem. I am now dealing with my own depression feeling as if I am a failure when I believe
in people who say there to help me but in the end.. I will never ever trust no one ever again so for my review... do not believe anything you hear. They will sell you lies. Do the reaearch and read all review and be aware.. sometime they will write there own review with your phone just tonwin a contest because in the end, you understand my pain and wish you where dead each time you breathe in the greed of this world. I don't feel welcome and now I understand I will never feel welcome in this world. I give willow glen self storage below a 1. This is just my opinion.

We had rented a storage unit from Willow Glen Storage for ten years and were recently able to finally move our items out. Their facility has always been clean, well kept and the security is very good. I would have given them a five star rating, but unfortunately, we felt as though our storage unit’s rate was constantly being raised and felt as though it was a bit excessive considering the smaller size of our unit, especially considering the fact that I could go online to their website and see that units larger than ours were costing far less. That being said, all in all, our experience with Willow Glen Storage was very positive. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for a safe, clean and reliable storage facility.
