Oakridge Mall is conveniently located right off of Highway 85. It is a great mall for all ages and for people with different budget levels. This isn’t one of those malls where there’s so many high-end stores that there’s not many places that teens or lower income folks can shop at. The food court is fantastic. It has a Blondies Pizza, Cold stone, Shake shack, Popeyes, Jamba, juice, Hawaiin food, Noodle Pl., Taco Bell, Chinese food place. It’s got lots of choices. Throughout the mall you’ll find auntie Anne’s pretzels, 99 Ranch Chinese market and there a Chinese deli area, in addition to many Boba spots throughout the mall. The main stores at this mall are Target and Macy’s and if you need to shop for furniture, Living Spaces is also here too. This mall has many places for many budgets. They have an Old Navy, a Forever 21, H&M, Shoe Palace and massage place and nails place and so much more. In one day at the mall you can get beautified, get a new outfit, pick up things for your home in addition to groceries. There is plenty of surface parking and parking garage space and if you’re not interested in shopping, there is a movie theater you can catch the latest shows.

Took my grandson to Van's Shoe Store for a new pair of shoes. The selection was good. The customer service was okay. I was disappointed the team member didn't help with the fitting. And she took liberty with 'other' selections that irritated him. When he was very specific he only wanted a duplicate of what he was wearing. She finally brought the ones he asked for and we were able to move on.Saving grace the shoes were on sale and we got a $25.00 gift card towards the next purchase. ?

I recently went to Westfield Mall to catch a movie, and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, the mall offers a diverse array of stores, catering to various tastes and preferences, which is a definite plus. The mall's layout and design are visually appealing, providing a comfortable and spacious setting. However, I did notice that certain areas felt quite crowded, particularly around the movie theaters, making it a bit overwhelming. While the movie-watching experience was enjoyable, the food court options left something to be desired in terms of both variety and quality. Overall, Westfield Mall offers a variety of activities, including moviegoing, but there's potential for better crowd management and dining choices.

Westfield oakridge at blossom is one of the 2 malls in the southbay. Compare to the other Westfield valley fair, oakridge is definitely less grant and shops are not as many. There aren't as many first class restaurant as well. I wish they have more store and restaurant here for more selections.

Most stores were a disaster. Clothes thrown all over. Not much help in the stores. Stood in line for 30 minutes at Macys with only 3 people in front of me. Restroom in the mall was filthy. And if you are going for a reprieve from the heat, don't expect to cool down too much. It was quite warm inside the mall with temps only in the mid 80s outside. Also had one of the worst slices of pizza ever at the food court. I know I shouldn't be shocked but it cost over $7 for a slice of plain cheese. And they also added a service charge? For what? The extra grease that came with it? Won't be going back anytime soon.

I've been a loyal customer of this department store for years, and I'm consistently impressed with their selection and quality. Whether I need clothing, electronics, or household items, they have it all. The prices are reasonable, and they often have great sales and promotions. The staff is always helpful and courteous, providing excellent customer service. This store is my go-to for a stress-free shopping experience!

I don't live in the area and this was my first visit to the mall. Needless to say I was not impressed and To begin with, the air quality was horrible - hot and stuffy with NO air movement - especially in the food court area which was packed - completely unacceptable with COVID still lurking out there. The Target end by the arcade also had a strong raw sewage odor which was gross. The coolest place in the mall was actually Ranch 99 thanks to its refrigerators/freezers. Overall the mall felt second class compared to Valley Fair and way below Westfield standards. The only thing I'd come back for is Andersen Bakery since I like their sandwiches.

Dirty, outdated mall, closes early. Mall staff unfortunately are quite rude. Even the bathrooms are blocked off at 8pm. Not family friendly at all. Just go to Valley Fair, don't waste your time here.

I give it 3 stars because I went to 2 different stores and asked the sales associate. If they knew where ATM was because there was a problem with my card and nobody could answer me except for one person at rue 21.I used to work at the outlets for many years, being a manager at a kitchen store. And I will tell you that I knew every single corner of my wing of the outlet. I feel that people working at a mall should also know their surrounding areas. So when people ask questions like this they're able to answer them.

I recently visited this fantastic shopping mall. The variety of restaurants offered a delightful culinary experience, the movie theatre provided top-notch entertainment, and the furniture store showcased a remarkable collection of stylish and comfortable pieces.

Love this mall. Clean nice shops and fairly good restaurants. Also you can cross the street there are many stores and restaurants on blossom hill road. The movie theater is nice when it's not busy.I like going to BJ's when there are sport events. Great beer and fun!

The mall is bright and clean. No problem with parking. Surprise to find an Oriental grocery store Ranch 99. Their bento box is fairly good. So we ate their instead of going to the food court.
