I'm never coming back wasting my time waiting for an employee that never shows up to unlock something for me. Go to Target, it's so much easier and convenient. No locked cosmetics, self checkout, in and out in 5 minutes.

ATROCIOUS!! You will wait on the phone forever then it'll ring someone will pick up and then just put you back on hold WITHOUT TELLING YOU ANYTHING. You'll wait forever for your Rx and the pick up to have them tell you they don't have it so then you call you get the above plus getting hung up plus pharmacist tells you 1st it was never there then you have no ins then THAT ITS STUCK SOMEWHERE WAIT FOR US A WEEK AND WE'LL CALL YOU BACK. WTF?! I hung up then promptly saw on the app the Rx was cancelled!!! EVER LAST PERSON I SPOKE WITH WAS EITHER RUDE AND/OR LIED TO ME ABOUT MY Rx IN ORDER TO COVER THEI A**! The lady that called me as I'm writing this was so utterly condescending and acted as if she was BOTHERED TO HELP ME! She was acting like she was doing ME a FAVOR by giving me the option of them calling my dr for the Rx and THEY will send it over but it's the middle of the day on a Friday so what are odds I WONT get it today she was like welp that's on your dr not us. So I told her there was no way in hell I would ever have them handle a Rx for again she wasn't sorry she didn't give af whole time acted like I was bothering HER and she was doing ME a flavor. And when I told her she hung up on me. Real nice Walgreens quality employees for sure

This Walgreens pharmacy is absolutely garbage. If I could give 0 starts, I would. DONT MAKE A VACCINE APPOINTMENT HERE. They will charge your insurance and then make you sit and wait for an hr. What's the point of making an appointment if you won't get seen for an entire hour?! They don't tell you about the wait beforehand, so you're forced to sit there and wait because your insurance has been charged and you can't go anywhere else. Giving a vaccine takes 60 seconds. The person who gave me my shot after 55 minutes waiting was nice, but the wait is ridiculous. Go somewhere else. Literally anywhere else!

Unprofessional and kiosk First, nobody in the store knows how to use the milk check. Second, they switched the people between the photo section and the checkout service In The Middle of a service with a customer.

This is definitely the worst pharmacy I have had to dealt with. I called wanting to find out more information about my prescriptions but the lines kept transferring to the main store. Then I proceeded to wait more than 30 minutes on the phone only to have the call hung up on me. This is not only frustrating and disappointing.

Their pharmacy and customer service is a joke. I have time-sensitive medication only to be told that they are currently 5 days out on filling prescriptions and are understaffed. (Mind you I called 5 times only for the staff to pick up the phone, place me on hold without saying anything & then eventually they pick up again without speaking & hang up the phone).The lines inside are ridiculously long and the drive-thru is even worse. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes or more. Not go mention, their staff is rude. I will be transferring all my prescriptions to CVS. This is plain ludicrous. Don't waste your time or patronage here. They do NOT deserve it!

This is the worst Walgreens I've ever used for prescription medicine. I think they are insanely short staffed. I've never run into any issues with other Walgreens, I will be changing my store for prescriptions.I recently moved to the area and set this Walgreens as my "go-to" prescription pickup on the app. Last month I had very time sensitive medication that was processing for a week. The Order Status just said "Sorry we're running behind schedule. We'll keep you updated".The prescription was for my surgery and I called them two days before my surgery date letting the pharmacists know that I NEEDED my medication. They said it would be ready by end of day. Surprise - it was not. I called again the next day (a few hours before my surgery) and was put on hold for over an hour despite being the first person on the caller waitlist. It was faster for me to drive to the Walgreens and complain. I'm seeing the same issue happen again. A week ago I ordered a prescription to be shipped to my house. Order status has been stuck "Sorry we're running behind schedule". Always a line at the cashier's. Never anybody to help out in the aisles. The parking situation is atrocious since this is located in a busy plaza with multiple stores. The traffic getting into the plaza is busy and confusing.Update as of 1/10/23: my second order was stuck processing for two weeks. I attempted to cancel the order and change the prescription to a different pharmacy but now the order is stuck in "cancelling" with no updates for a week. My prescription is now 3 weeks behind. I can't even update pharmacies because it's stuck in "cancelling"! I guess I'll have to call this Walgreens again and wait on hold for an hour.

Been patronizing this store since it opened never had problems till today, all the ice creams melted, cause someone didn't lower temperature in the fegiration system, it spoiled all the dairy products very despointed

The black girl at the photo department was super rude. I didn't get her name, but she was rude to the person in front of us, an employee and us. The eta for our pictures was about 30 mins and she said it would take 2 hours. We came back and she said they were not ready and would be ready till tomorrow. We ended up going to another Walgreens and they printed them for us in 3 mins. If we knew they weren't going to be ready we would've gone to a different Walgreens earlier. Someone please train her. Seems like she doesn't realize she's working in CUSTOMER SERVICE. I understand we all have bad days, but go home if you're not happy with your job. Customers and people in general (she was rude to an employee too) should not be mistreated because you're having a bad day.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I came after working a double to get meds for my sick child. To have the door shut in our face at 930pm when store closes at 10pm. Not only was I there but 5 other customers wondering what was going on. As employee approached I asked why was the store closed, he proceeded to reply "because I'm closing and I don't give a f**k" I told him it was to early and he proceeded to close gate. This isn't the first time this store closes early. Plus he can't say he was short staffed as other employees were wandering around the store in plain site. Very rude and unprofessional.

This is specifically for the pharmacy staff at 1760 Story Rd. San Jose, CA. My family has gone to this Walgreens for over 4+years and without fail there is always an issue with refilling our medication. Today was the last straw. My husbands doctor had put in a refill for his restless leg syndrome medication last Friday on6/17. Come Monday we checked to see if the med's were ready. Responds was no not yet. Waited till Wenday and same response but they added no authorization was given. Call our doctor Thursday 6/23 and they said they did give authorization but will do it again. I went today Friday 6/24 to the Walgreens since trying to reach the pharmacy is a total joke. I waited 20 minutes in the drive through only to be told that the medics was out of stock. Having had my med's filled at other Walgreens before they would call other stores to see who had the medication and I could go pick it up at another store, which is fine by me. I mentioned this to the lady helping me and she told me that I will need to call the other locations because they are to busy to do it. I looked at her and said no that's your job. She still refused, she didn't even tell me when they might get that medication back in stock. My husband has been without his Mirapex for his resales leg syndrom since last Friday. I could not believe the customer service. She did not offer to do anything so that I could get the medicine. I asked for the store manages name and the district manager name and number. I called coparate and filed a complaint because this was madness how they didn't care at all that my husband will continue to be without medication. After talking to corporate I called the Walgreens back and asked for the store manager. I told her what happened and all of sudden the medication was ready. That's funny how I was there only 25minutes ago. She said they got the complaint and then gave me this lame story of how they ask people to check for their meds after 1:30pm because that's when their shipment comes in. I told her no one even told me or suggested that to me. She then said it's got to tell corporate so they know how short staffed they are. I said it's not your short staffed its your workers need customer service training. It's so pathetic that I had to go to the top to get the prscrition filled. Do not use the pharmacy at this Walgreens unless you don't care how long it takes to get your medication.

Bad area even worse service. Said bathroom was not open to public then changed that it was messy. Pregnant and had to pee but they do not care. They think because of the area we are all trash. That thinking is trash. The ratings are low and the chick in there today at 534 ughhh i pray she never is treated this way. Lying to another's face changing the story denying a customer and a pregnant woman.

Don't go here for a pcr test.Went twice and both times the results came back inconclusive. They let me know I had to get retested like 4 days after. I basically waited for nothing.

This review is for the Covid drive-thru testing. My appointment was on Monday, January 31, 2022 around 4 PM. Waited about 45 minutes for 4 cars ahead of me, and once I got to the window, it was another 20 minutes of just standing by before I tested. Turns out that it was a complete waste of time as I got the results several days later only to see that the results were inconclusive and that the sample was rejected for testing because the "Collection swab [was] not in media tube." Very disappointed as I have not had an issue with Walgreen's drive thru testing before. This was, however, my first and last time at this location. Whoever was working that day around that time is seriously not cut out for the job.
