My visit on 8/17/23 left me with significant concerns about the efficiency and customer service standards of this branch.During my visit, the operational pace of the bank was exceptionally slow, with only one teller attending to the needs of a considerable line of customers, myself included. The wait time exceeded 20 minutes.Furthermore, I was disappointed by the condescending attitude displayed by the branch manager, Ms. Anne Snider, when some customers, including myself, inquired about the possibility of additional assistance to expedite the process. Ms. Snider’s response was not only unhelpful but also demonstrated a lack of respect for the customers’ time and concerns.I believe that a financial institution should prioritize prompt and courteous service to maintain the trust and satisfaction of its customers. My experience at this branch fell far short of these expectations.

Long wait time, looks like only two people work here- others are probably "managers". Both are stuck for 15 minutes now.

This has to be the WORST bank ever. I waited in line for 30 minutes, the line was out the door 2 open tallers. No one says anything. No sorry for the wait, we will be right with you nothing, Then the manager comes out to explain their systems were slow. We asked if there were any other tellers. The response was Nope! This is all my staff.... WTH so we (other customers) ask her why couldn't she help? Her response " not my position" WOW!!! You're a manager! Everyone should be cross trained to help out when the line is out the door. I will NEVER bank there again!

Made an appoint on the Wells Fargo Mobile app to get assistance with account. Showed up for 4:00 appointment and was told the rep was out sick and all appointments we cancelled for the day. Was informed that they tried to leave a message in the morning but the voicemail was full. No attempt to call later in the day or send a text as they have that info. No apology for the situation. Very disappointing.

This is by far hands-down, the worst branch I have ever been to in my entire life. The tellers are rude and snotty and stuck up and don't even think about going in there and asking for help if you don't have an appointment. I left from here and went directly to Chase was able to have my walk-in taken and was in and out in a timely manner. I will never go back to Wells Fargo.!!

Re WF's Estate Department - they are horrible! We’ve been trying for over 6 months to close our deceased mother’s IRA account and collect the funds. We just keep getting jerked around. The beneficiary of her IRA is her Living Trust and we, her adult children, are the beneficiaries of her living trust. Now we’re being told that we have to start all over again because it’s been more than 6 months. This after we’ve paid to have our request forms notarized and incurred legal fees for a document from the lawyers who drew up our mother’s living trust stating that they did, indeed, draw up her living trust.Let this serve as a warning, if you have an IRA with Wells Fargo, move it to a better institution. And if your elderly parent has an IRA with WF, move it quick!

Wells Fargo as a whole is incompetent. Estate planning looks like something they should be familiar with. However, after spending hours in the bank to recertify a trust, comes to find out they did it wrong and I have to go through it again. The central estate planning number and the branch conflict, and the customer is the one spending hours and hours correcting this. It is incredibly incompetent on their part. And do not believe that all branches have notaries, as none of them do anymore (even though the central number will say that).

They do not train well supervisors. Too many problems when inquiring about specialized banking. savings account plan. Changes clerks too much.

Closed on Saturdays now? Location only open 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. With my commute I'm busy 10 1/2 hours a day... So, now I have to take off at least 2 hours of work to access my Safe Deposit box?!That is beyond RIDICULOUS.

Saturday 7/3/2021 line out the door, only 3 tellers, took me over 30 mins just to deposit money. I don't know what Wells Fargo is thinking but I am not a happy customer.

With all the papers posted on their doors related to COVID, they could've at least posted one of their hours changed. Myself and 3 others were waiting outside in line yesterday for 20 minutes before a nice customer that had just exited the building, let us know that they CLOSED at 12. Even an employee could've came outside to let us know...
