Wow the service here is amazing! First, manager Felicia is amazing she checked on us a few times to make sure we were taken care of. She set us up with Alessandra whose customer service was so quick efficient and she was so so sweet!! Excited to build a relationship with Alessandra for our banking needs moving forward (:

How can one branch be so irresponsible and not responsive at all? I am wondering what are the employees doing here?! No one ever picks up the phone no matter what time you call them. Awful customer service

Thank you to Marisol for helping me navigate the recent early paycheck error that many customers were victim to, myself included. There were times where I was extremely erratic and high emotion yet Marisol was always kind and patient with me and always willing to help me to the best of her abilities at the branch level. Marisol was an empathetic listener who was always willing to go out of her way to check every resource that was available to her,even filing multiple complaints on my behalf and getting the phone number and extension of my case manager. I am grateful. The issue was finally fixed (and WF payed interest on their mistake to the affected customers) and I can't be more than thankful that I was guided by such a caring banker. Thank you Marisol!

Ms. Karen Peck (Premier Banker), is very helpful, friendly and with good heart. She always help us with smile. I highly recommend her. Im giving her 5 star with her awesome job.

I don't usually go to the bank so this is rare. Everyone here is super sweet and nice. The only thing I didn't like was you had to make appointment to see the bankers. I guess that's a good thing but I did not realize so I wasted a trip. So make your appointment before coming here.

First time using this branch. Went in to convert dollars to Pasos for my trip to Mexico. I guess these days they don't carry foreign currency so they have to order it. It's Wednesday and I'm skeptical it will get there on time so I confirm that it will get there by Friday because I leave early Saturday. The teller assures me that he has never seen an order be late so I place the order. What do you know the order does not make it by Friday. I ask if they can cancel the order or if I can just return them for what I paid. The teller goes and talks to the manager and says I have to pay the exchange rate on the day that I exchange. This is the issue, because Wells Fargo buys and sells with a mark up to make money. Which means not only do I not get my Pasos on time for my trip I loose money on the transaction and have to spend my time finding Pasos last minute. Only give 2 stars because the teller was really nice and sorry about the policy, manager does not care about customer service and doing the right thing.

Make sure you ask teller to put cash through machine + receipt. I had a very bad experience trusting teller to do a manual count on a lump sum withdrawal and basically got robbed.

This is probably the worst bank I’ve ever experienced. Multiple experiences but today was my last one. I will be closing my account.They don’t answer the phone because they’re “busy”. So I called Multiple times before I drove there, I even let my phone dial while waiting in line at the bank and observing four or five people standing around together giggling two other people at their desks with no clients. Not a single person reached for a phone.They obviously either have them turned off or have been okayed to just not answer the phone. This is obviously the manager’s fault. So after driving there, the reply by the teller to my simple question, was “sorry we can’t help you.” That would’ve been fine had I not made the effort to drive over. The question could’ve been answered easily over the phone. The teller was polite. She just works for a horrible company. This is a leadership issue.I won’t go on about the previous experiences other than to say this is a horrible bank for customer service. I guess you can’t expect much from Wells Fargo anyway.
