There’s always only one cashier available. We wait more than 15 to 20 minutes until we get turn, when we ask them that do you have another cashier that we are running late, they say no we don’t have.

I don't know what's going on at the Blossom Hill branch by the mall, but it's a mess. They have most of the teller windows boarded up, 10 people in line, changing all the interior & hardly any staff. Looks like decor from 1950, whoever is doing the decorating. Alex the manager didn't know how to answer my simple question - the teller knew more & did help me. I told her (Marisa) she should be manager. Anyone heard of the Peter Principle!

PSA!! If your BLACK, do not go to this location. Flat out discriminatory. Never have any locations...had an issue with entering my DL number with provided DL in place of me having my debit card. I don't even physically use my card often so remembering my pin isn't necessary. Nor have any of the other branches grilled me to the 3rd degree in order to do a withdrawal. Questions I was asked were when did I open my accounts, where was the location of branch I opened said accounts, who are the names of the people on my accounts via the manager. He also made a snide comment. Along with if I'm visiting, how long I'm visiting, what places I've been to, etc via the teller. Majority of my accounts are over 10yrs old and some of them weren't even initiated with Wells Fargo, it was with Wachovia as a minor. Who is going to remember the exact date/yr and location of opening an account that was opened as a kid? Told the manager if there's a problem then he can give me back my DL and I'll go to another branch. He gave it back to me and I went to another branch, within minutes I was able to be in and out with my transaction completed. AND that branch asked me the standard questions such as numbers of my SSN/last deposit amount, and another one.The tellers have no boundaries in regards to asking customers about they're personal info of everyday life that isn't even necessary to ask in order for whichever transaction to be completed. Heard the questions the other teller was asking another customer. Same goes for the manager that was on shift yesterday afternoon. It is rude.. In a public setting and asking people to verbalize their personal business with a line of customers listening. It is PERSONAL and none of your concern unless your offering to pay some bills.I have every intention of liquidating my accounts and moving my funds to a credit union. Over 10yrs of banking with Wells Fargo and I should've canceled my accounts when they made a credit card account without my consent. A customer should be able to go to any bank/state that they're money is in and have the ability to remove it without discriminatory practices.Skip this location and go to the next.

I went to this bank today as a customer/member for paperwork to be notarized. I was told no one is there to help. The funny thing is every Wells Fargo bank I go to in the bay area to get documents notarized, they all said the same thing. I get it though. The branch manager didn't even care that it was important for it to be done today. I have been with Wells Fargo for years but this is becoming a problem.

Please do not go to this branch. There are 3 wells fargos that are 10 minutes away, which are much better. Wish I had read the reviews before waiting in line forapproxiately 40 min. I do not bank at wells fargo but my dad did. He passed away last year but the bank had made a mistake and so sent a cashier check in hisname. I went to cash it with my dad deathcertificate. Manger said we can not help you call the number on the check. Called the number, that told me the bank is suppose to help me. Went back in and talked to manger , "we are very busy, and we have no banker" we can make you an appointment to come back next week" . Drove to another branch, waited in line for 20 minutes, were the " teller" cashed my check, no manger needed no banker needed.

The manager is horrible and he doesn't care when I told him about racist teller. It seems they don't care and they will do it again and over again. There is no customer service day after day and no improvements. This place will close down soon. Terrible and worst customer service. Long wait time all the time And never seems to improve. Time to fire the branch manager. Really. Anyone who comes here can see it.

The customer service is terrible. In the branch you can see just empty chairs, no bankers. Covid is over, but still no one can help me. Manager Alex is very strict: we cannot do anything, there are no bankers available. Really??? This is terrible terrible terrible.
