Branch doesn't know how to open accounts correctly - had to come back several times to get it corrected and still not done correctly. Avoid Branch manager Terri and associate Michael.

Not for most paying fees on small devices that's what credit unions are for but check cashing! Yes! Clean , small Feels safe and quick Just as the Walker ordered. My sister in law ran a branch and I've had an account ever since! Nice convenient small branch!

Waited in line for like 15 minutes for nobody to help me, there literally were no other customers in the lobby and just because I look like a construction worker all dirty nobody wanted to help me, meanwhile employees were just chatting like if I had all the time in the world. Never have I ever felt so belittled. Been a customer of Wells Fargo for over ten years and for personal / business accounts and today I’m looking to change banks.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 1999. I was doing my Wells Fargo banking at a location on Hamilton and Winchester. It was when they closed that and opened up a new branch down the street from there, I definitely did get caring at all, good customer service from the person working there. So being that I check reviews, I went to Wells Fargo on Camden Avenue in San Jose, in which got a higher Yelp Review than any other Wells Fargo close to me. First, Sam Sary was busy with a customer, but told me to come back in an hour. Then, Michael Kubota came up to ask if I needed help. I don't want to not mention Terri Tran, who got me started on getting me temporary checks and assured me that everything would be taken care of. Then, I got to sit down to talk to Kirk Bragas, the very pleasant and caring Branch Manager,where we had a great talk about the right kind of customer service that they gave there. And I talked about another Wells Fargo that I used to go to, but I was not treated well, and left to come there. By that time, it was obvious that I was very pleased to even be there Sam took care of anything else about my account and what I needed to do. But, the last item on my list, was how to use my phone to use Google Pay at the ATM. Well, Michael took me out to the ATM, put the camera side on the Card Reader, and up came Google Pay, where I was able to withdraw cash. That was at least a Double 5 Star experience, giving the very best customer service, with the interest factor that was all high and in, very good form. In fact, I had called Wells Fargo Customer Service to order a new card. I saw the report about the new card that was ordered by someone on the Wells Fargo Customer Service line. And, that the Wells Fargo Card I lost and could not find, was taken off my account. In just three days, there was my brand new Wells Fargo Bank card, in my mailbox. Now, there was a Triple Play made possible by Kirk, the Wells Fargo Branch Manager, at the Camden Avenue location in San Jose. Then one of his Assistants, Terri, helped me out. Sam took care of some questions I asked about. Michael asked me if I needed help and even took me outside to show me how to use my phone with Google Pay, to access my account. And, the very competent person from the phone call I made to Wells Fargo Customer Service, completed the perfect reason for me to keep my account at that Camden Avenue location, where I was very well taken care of. Thank you to all of you, who really took very good care of me. Excellently, in fact.

This used to be my ATM machine destination. But ever since Bank of America moved in next door, their ATM machines are much nicer. One ATM also comes with the big buttons and for someone with weak eye site like me, this is a big help.

Staff here is so sweet and friendly! Milo and Marisela are hands down the best! I feel so welcomed, loved, and I feel like family when I walk in here. No greater feeling than your favorite tellers knowing your name! Thank you guys for always being there for all of my financial needs! Couldn't do it without y'all!

They are so helpful and concerned about security. We pulled our $ out of B of A after identity theft and account hacking. They have minimal security against identity theft. But WF has deeper measures like verbal passcodes.

Nice local Wells Fargo, very small though so if there's a line the wait can be long. Usually there isn't much going on so they'll help you out quickly. they have only 1 atm outside but it's the only WF ATM around
