My new husband and I just walked in 22 minutes after this branch opened. We needed to change my name using our legal documents along with deposit a few checks made out to our new shared name. When we walked in, there were four bank employees and ZERO customers. We shared what we needed to do, and one employee went to look on his computer for available appointments. He came back and told us this branch had no appointments today. Why would we need an appointment for such a straightforward task AND there were literally no other customers in the branch? Would not recommend banking here.

My review was based on the 2 visits at this branch (weekday and Saturday). The staff there were very friendly and efficient . They proactively ask customers in line what their needs are and see how to accelerate their service to avoid long wait time.

Does Wells Fargo don't open on a sat anymore?!! The banking hrs on Yelp says they open on sat. But we went to 2 banking offices..one on Blossom and the other on Santa Teresa. The hrs on the door say M-F only. Wells Fargo needs to correct their banking hrs on Yelp. Wells Fargo you suck!!

I come to this location at least twice a week for banking for my business and this places is as efficient as they come everybody there is not only very nice but very efficient and fast ... Great Job to the Whole Team ..

This place is a joke Wong refused to cash a check that is within there branch telling me that the check has to deposited instead of cashed Wich was a lie just trying to have me open a freaking bank account poor service not knowing that I have 6 kids at home that I need to feed and left me without any money .the following day I went to another branch no problem no questions period Wong needs to have better training with customer service as well as fixing her greedy ways trying to get a bonus from by me opening an account while I have kids to feed I left with zero cash and she smiled in my face as she lying to me this has to seriously be restaffed asap someone who knows what they are doing .very dissatisfied management needs to really do something about her unprofessionalism.

Clients deserve better...Wong is pushing clients away and making a disaster out of this branch.The branch manager of this place and the responsible for the the incompetence of this branch is Wong. She is the type of person that gives banks a bad name.She not only refuses to try to help you in any way but her despicable attitude to try to get rid of you rather than help you is seriously harming the image of this branch.She needs to be replaced.Please keep reporting her until upper management brings someone more competent to this place.Clients deserve better.

Came here to to replace a lost card and the man who assisted me was very nice but he forgot to activate my card so I was without money for 2 days (this happened on a Saturday). When I was finally able to go in I was greeted by the assistant manager (a heavier set woman with long hair) and she could tell I was a bit frustrated and she asked me if I was speaking with the employee that was assisting me with my new card and I said yes. Then she came at me with "well if you weren't distracting him by talking he wouldn't have forgotten to activate your card". How are you going to throw the blame on me for your employee making a mistake (it wasn't even a big deal). I just wanted to make conversation so it didn't get awkward but after that I've gone to different branches.

Great customer service and nice staff, they all make you feel welcome and serve you with great service. Definitely my main bank that I go to for any WF bank services. Plus it's right by Safeway where you can kill two birds with one stone kinda trip!

By far the worst Branch I've ever been to. I've been baking with Wells Fargo for years and have never had Bankers so unwilling to help. I've lived near this Branch for a year now and every time I go in I walk out angry and wanting to change Banks. Do yourself a favor and go to any branch but this one
