Need to specify that notaries can only do specific documents, only for card holders and not there spouses, and cannot be witnesses. Wasted a ton of my day to learn majority of what needed to be done could not be. I wish I would have known this prior and I would have not booked an appointment

I have been in here several times last time was in July 2022 just to drop off a mortgage payment. Never had a problem. Until Monday of this week. I dropped it off they said I had to wait for teller. Employees sitting at desks couldn't take payment and I want No Receipt. As I wait in line of maybe 6 people more behind me. Same people now come become tellers. It was my turn I'm in a huge hurry it has never taken this long. I don't want receipt. I say thank you. She starts yelling at me I can't leave. What? I said mail it then its made out to Wells Fargo and the slip was with check . I left. They mailed it back to me. THEY DID NOT PROCESS MY MORTGAGE PAYMENT. THIS CAUSES PROBLEM INTEREST CREDIT REPORTS. WHO DO THE STAFF AT THIS WELLS FARGO THINK THIS IS A GAME? ITS OUR LIVES THEY MESS WITH.Thank God I do not bank here. Extremely rude. My husband and I are self employed with employees I could never bank with Wells Fargo. Do Nothing to work with small businesses. Everyone is better

Branch hours are 9-6 on Saturday, but they closed at noon "because of Covid". The problem is, everything is opened back up now and they are using this as an excuse to save money and not service their customers.Update: The corporate response to my review is malarkey and only further aggravates the situation. The branch hours are very clearly posted on the door in official Wells Fargo door signage "Sat 9am-6pm". Next to that, they have put up a piece of printer paper with the Covid excuse. Furthermore, why is this even a point of discussion? My complaint is that they have reduced the hours that they are open by 67% using an excuse that is unjustifiable. I don't believe Covid ever should have affected banking's already limited hours, but everything is open again now and and to still be using that excuse is insulting to their customers intelligence.

I understand things can be difficult with the Covid virus but my experience here was far worse than what it should have been. The teller I spoke with at this branch was very unfriendly and abrupt when I went in to do a wire transfer.All the better they won't help you at the counter, you need to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.There were only two customers being serviced but I couldn't wait until one was done.When I called to make an appointment I discovered there was nothing available until tomorrow. They're doing a great job taking care of themselves. Too bad if you're a customer. It's difficult for us as well. Too bad though, there's no flexibility.

I love this place. Everyone is nice and very welcoming. Very professional. I highly recommend this place. Edith and Jenny were willing to help my family even though it past closing time. I really appreciate their help!
